I dont do this workout to get a "sexy back". I do it to work out my back muscles a bit, even though I don't have any weights. Back muscles are important ^^
The best trainer I've found on RUclips. These videos really guide you through so you know how to do the movement properly. And I love how it focuses on muscle strength rather than cardio. Half the time I do cardio with muscle strength and I can't even complete the excercise nicely

I been doing my arm exercises at home and wanted to throw in some new back exercises since I only knew one. I had 2 discectomys and a laminectomy a year and 1/2 ago. I did this workout today and so far I feel good. This is definitely a workout to do if you’ve had lower back surgery

Nice instructions. I like that you get right to it and no chatting about nonsense. It is helpful to see the whole body so we can be sure we are following correctly. The camera zooming out is annoying. Maybe various angles would be helpful but zooming in is not good when trying to follow positions correctly. Otherwise its the best instruction I have watched.Thank you
I really loved this video! I have lower back inflexibility, and thus poor squat form, but this helped me stretch out, so I've been doing it several times a week. Thanks rebecca & xhit team :)

That should never be the case, especially with a workout as light as this. Make sure you have the correct form
