    My lower back was hurting, I have an office job. After doing this it eased the pain an I feel better. Will do it more often to strengthen my back. Thanks!

    I've NEVER done a lower back workout! Ive been a collegiate athlete, I've done years of workouts and this was my first time doing this and LOVED it! Thank you for all that you do!

    This is honestly one of my favorite workouts to do, especially at the end of a set, just 'cause it's so damn calming! Really nice way to stretch and strengthen and just be calm.

      Guy I used to do this and a bunch of other RL exercises for other body aprts: back 3 years ago i wouldnt take no rest for months and it would of course give results but after two or three months i would give up and then start again a while later
      Throughout my fitness journey of years I advice 4-6 times a week workout routine,
      also if you arent into much intense workouts this can be like before bed stretch

    Me when I first saw this video: Wait a sexy back is a thing? First flat stomachs. Then thigh gaps (idk why they are sexy). And now backs? Cmon I'm just trying to get rid of acne before the summer.

      I dont do this workout to get a "sexy back". I do it to work out my back muscles a bit, even though I don't have any weights. Back muscles are important ^^

    The best trainer I've found on RUclips. These videos really guide you through so you know how to do the movement properly. And I love how it focuses on muscle strength rather than cardio. Half the time I do cardio with muscle strength and I can't even complete the excercise nicely

    I've been doing this for three weeks and can honestly say that it has improved my squats, abs exercise and back strength. I actually can feel the muscle in my back and see it coming in. I wish I had taken photos!!!

    Ive been following this workout for 5 years already. I dont have a good butt but now it grows evenly. I always do this whenever I am too lazy to workout. Yoga is the best.

    So I am a Caregiver and recently just finished healing a strained bicep and tricep in my right arm from work. I been doing my arm exercises at home and wanted to throw in some new back exercises since I only knew one. And wow may I say I am feeling muscles in my back, that i have never known existed, after having followed this whole video. Will be keeping this in my health playlist! thanks for uploading!

    i love the pace of this view. in other fitness videos i compromise my from in order to catch up to the trainer. this one lets me makes sure i got it right without having to worry that im falling behind

    Thank you. This exercise helps me improve my lower back pain so much. I usually have lower back pain when my cycle comes but i didnt feel any after one week on this exercise.

    I had 2 discectomys and a laminectomy a year and 1/2 ago. I did this workout today and so far I feel good. This is definitely a workout to do if you’ve had lower back surgery

      sunnycute100 yea ive noticed it was toned up i dont have a lot of fat on my lower back, mostly upper but it did firm up the "soft" skin and fatty area

    That should never be the case, especially with a workout as light as this. Make sure you have the correct form

    here through 5 years and this was an intense killer HIIT for me back then and now it is cooldown and stretch fixing my posture and shutting up everyone who says i cant workout as I have back scoliosis #icanfeeltheburnRebecca

    Nice instructions. I like that you get right to it and no chatting about nonsense. It is helpful to see the whole body so we can be sure we are following correctly. The camera zooming out is annoying. Maybe various angles would be helpful but zooming in is not good when trying to follow positions correctly. Otherwise its the best instruction I have watched.Thank you

    thnkx so much Rebecca. I had back pain too much. after I strated doing this it helped me lots. even in one week I feel the differences on my posture. and my pain definetlly reduced.
