    My wife told me she burned 2000 calories in 20 minutes...I ask her how she did that and she said that she forgot to take the brownies out of the oven!

      Fiona Fionna It's experience :) Anyway this workout is really great and now i know that it's works :) I was doing this exercies for long time and results are really impressive ! Of course i was also using diet (this one loseyourfat.weebly.com) and now i can recommend both to everyone. Try it if you want and good luck :)

    People - although the vid appears to be clickbait (and it kinda is anyway) - it IS actually true!
    If one workout burns 150 Kcal (which are KILO calories, that we usually refer to in our "everyday language" ), and you do it every day of the week:
    150*7= 1050 Kcal
    Calculate this into calories instead of KILO calories:
    1050*1000= 1 050 000 calories = ONE MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND CALORIES

      the k in front of cal stands for kilo which basically refers to there being a thousand of what you are measuring, in this case calories. so 1000 kcal is 1 calorie. But in everyday language we refer to kcal as "calories". It's simpler that way. :) I was just trying to explain the loophole that the title (previously) used. kilo=a thousand of...

    2 months ago, I had to stop at squat jump...and yesterday I could do 2 sets!!!! I was so happy! my goal is 3 sets...hopefully I can reach the goal in a month or so. Thanks, Rebecca!

      there is no way a 10 min workout can burn 150 calories.Pretty sure this only burned 70-90 calories

    She doesn't mean starve yourself and work out guys. When you do workouts like this you eat foods like eggs, fish and whole pastas that build your energy to manage this you burn the calories you need to lose but keep the ones you need. So many hateful comments from people who are maybe junk foodies.

    2013 13살 때, 49kg 말라깽이가 더 말라깽이 되겠다고 이 영상을 따라하곤 했다, 2020 지금의 나는 78kg의 리얼뚱땡이가 되었다 매일 루틴화 해서 70KG대 탈출하자 :) :) 달리 하는 일도 없는데, 매일 저녁 먹고 오겠다

    watched this through one whole time while lying on my couch, fighting off a nap. decided to give it a try instead of taking a nap. less than ten minutes later i am sweaty and my heart rate is up and i feel totally energized. no need for a nap anymore! adding this to my workout videos. thanks!

      It depends on your height. But it's good that you had a look at this video, and even better if you did it! It doesn't matter how much you pause, if you finish the video and work out regularly, you'll get stronger over time!
      Eating clean and exercising will do good.

      i do this with ab workout twice a week and other days i do her miley cyrus leg workout and flat stomach workout.. I got pretty visible results after two weeks even tho not the results i want but i feel much better so i'll keep going

    Bicycles kill me every time, I flop around like a demented, confused and possessed fish. Might use planks as a substitute find them a lot easier and I giggle through them like a maniac. Happy with the workout though. Great work. Thanks for the encouragement during the videos too. I needed it. Now where's my Green Tea gone? :)

    I remember doing these workouts when I first started working out like 3 years ago! I didn't know what to do because I've never worked out before and I was dying doing these workouts. It's still awesome!

    I'll give you the quickest way to REALLY burn a 1,000,000 calories:
    1. get in your workout gear and grab a mat
    2. set urself on fire
    that's it. you're burning like crazy now

    I have homecoming coming up in less than a month and I want to get toned. Would it be enough if I did the following xhit videos every day: this one, thigh exercises for losing fat, 9 exercises for a flat stomach and the 7 best ab exercises?

      I'm not sure if it's effective in losing weight, I've been doing in on and off for more than two years. Not sure about the weight loss part but it's definitely a good short workout for lots of sweat! Feels good every time after doing this.

    Really good selection of exercises, and the fact you can do this anywhere (at home, in a hotel, etc.) is a big plus.
    The only thing I saw that I didn't think was correct was the exercise titled Frog Jumps is actually Plank Jacks. A Frog Jump is getting in the push-up position, hands and toes on the floor (not your knees), and you jump both feet towards your chest, like the bottom portion of a burpee. You can land your feet in front of your hands, or out to the side of your hands if you have the flexibility.

    This burns about 200-300 calories, depending how hard you try. Always try your hardest when you excersize! I have been doing xhit every day for 2 months and my legs got leaner!!
