I always curious about this.. Didn't someone died after this? I am going to die.. Whatever exercise..Rebecca is the best one who always bring me to the end of my life.
I use to do do this exercises when I was 14, now I´m 19 and I back to my workout routine.

I just started doing your workouts and truly enjoy them. As far as "strength training", is it necessary to use weights to notice results or can you just use your body weight? I am confused with the term..

With your overhead squat, I strongly suggest that you or anyone focus on keeping your shins vertical when you squat while maintaining the arches in your feet. I noticed that your right knee will collapse inward when you squatted which puts a lot of strain on your ligaments in your knee which is not necessary if you keep your feet pointing forward and direct your knees outward when you descend into your squat. You'll also be using more muscle by keeping your knees out, and feet facing forward.

Can you make a weekly workout plan? I started working out to tone up but id like to know what exercises go good together cause I want to tone my legs, arms, abs and butt.

I started this last year along with eating better i became a vegan ive lost over 40 lbs in a year guys don't give up this does work i have barely and cellulite

Hey Rebecca, thanks for this awesome workout! I had a question that I hope you can answer. When doing the alternate Lunges I have a hard time keeping stable and easily hurt my toes. Might you have a tip that might help doing this exercise better?
It was hurt for me at the beginning but than it was easy
+AmeagLuz ...not sure if you have tried this yet, but hang onto something like a chair or the wall. Lunges are more about quality than speed so make sure your form is good and take your time! After doing it for a while, you won't have to hold on to anything and you won't be hurting your toes anymore:)
+Brandi Carrillo Thanks for the tip, I will try it out! I have always walked on my toes, so some muscles are probably shortened, making some exercises a bit hard. With the deadlift for example I cant get very low as well since my knees don't bent that far. Hopefully that will chance over time!

Make yourself some bone broth, it's great for the joints! Listen to your body and give it time, you can do it!
