I’ve been doing this everyday for a WHOLE MONTH now and here’s what I have to say: The first week will be SO HARD and you will find yourself wanting to take longer breaks and not being able to do certain exercises, like the up and down plank in my case But after that you find yourself being able to complete ALL the exercises in the given time, trust me. I’m now able to do all of them including the up and down plank. I have found that my ab line down the centre of my abdomen is more defined and I have so much strength in my upper arms now( I used to not even be able to hold a plank for longer than 30 seconds) Now I’m so used to all the exercises and I’m trying to step it up a bit. To do this I instead of trying to just get through the exercises I put thought into every move and really try to tense my abs. Also for the Russian twist keep your legs off the ground. Keep going guys

Guys this really works! I started doing this workout twice a day two weeks ago with 52.7k and I'm now, two weeks later with 49k! I was actually impressed with my results... I also started eating cleaner and I drink 5 bottles of water everyday! About my abs: I don't have abs... YET... Because I can already see the lines of my future abs... I'm really proud of myself! Thank you so much! I'm really happy with my results! 💪🏻😅💕 EDIT: so it’s been a year now... and im going to do this again bc it was the only workout that actually gave me REAL results! Oh and when i mentioned i used to drink 5 bottles of water a day, i meant 5 bottles of 0.5L

Skylineblue 17 I'm already eating healthy, I eat more veggies and less meat. Eating every 5 hours and drinking 1.5 liters of water daily. On my experience I would recommend doing 1 set of this workout 3 hours after eating, it's so effective.
Dimples N' Stuff change your eating habits, if you eat chicken and beef more try to reduce it and add veggies to it for example. The thing is you need 1) healthier food 2) that fills you up 3) while it has less calories. So you might want to tell you parents so they can at least prepare you meals with veggies, or buy more veggies and fruits. Eat nuts. Have always a bottle of water with you. Changing alone your eating habits will get you to lose weight, wether you intentionally wanted it or not if you're overweight. By doing all of the above I lost 5 kilos in 2 months when I just wanted to lose 3, and I was happy with it. You just need sometime to get used to it, and the "will" to stay healthy :)
I promise I'll update lmao. Everyone else died after the first few days. Day 1: This was so effing hard. Especially the last one like wtf?! Anyways, can really feel a difference in my core when I sneeze, cough or laugh. Trying to eat healthier as well. Day 2: Today was so difficult! I sweat like crazy! I can really feel a difference in my core, and my belly isnt that protruding anymore. Day 3: Today was a bit easier. I am seeing no changes. Added another exercise to increase chances of seeing any changes. Day 4: I couldn't do it because I was travelling all day! Day 5: Today was actually so DIFFICULT! I was sweating like crazy! I added some other exercises as well to make up for what I missed yesterday! My stomach is getting a bit flatter. Day 6: Today was a bit easier than yesterday, but I'm still having exercise with the oblique plank so instead I just do a normal plank. I woke up this morning and my stomach was so flat! TIP FOR YOU GUYS, never stop even if you see good results. Keep doing it! Day 7: Did the workout, barely, today! I was so damn tired! I did this workout and a short walk outside. Ate a bit of junk food before I did the workout, so my belly was bloated like hell and I didn't feel really confident at all.The plank at the end if becoming easier! My stomach has become SO much flatter than what I would have expected, and I have developed a prominent ab line from using all of her workout videos. I am so so happy to be able to discover her channel, and her website and pre-planned workouts. They're such a blessing. Definitely, definitely use her workouts if ur aiming to lose weight. So, occasionally I gave myself cheat days if you read the whole thing. Other than that, I tried to cut low on soda and snacks, ate a lot of fruits and continued as normal.

Hello! I added this to my workout routine today, and it worked extremely and surprisingly well. They weren't exactly evident and instant, but that could have been because I stopped a few times in between because my upper body isn't as strong. 😨 But I think in a few days, they will grow and become more defined and feminine. Thank you so much for this exercise tutorial. It really helped me boost my confidence. 🤗
Towards the end when she was introducing more upper body plank exercises, I just repeated some of the exercises she did earlier in the video like regular crunches or Russian twist (personally was my favorite). :) -Not so strong upper body gal lol

Have been doing this for around 2 month and I cannot thank you more. I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the most efficient set of exercises that I've ever done, and I've tried plenty before. I must also add that the results are very visible and it motivates me to keep working just as hard. And last, I would like to thank you a lot for this, it's always nice to have you as a daily workout partner haha
In general I have a healthy, normal diet, but not very controlled (no counting calories and all that). I mostly just do intuitive eating. I didn't change my diet since I started working out.
I've been doing this for 5 days. So far my abs have been getting a little more toned. The first time I did this workout it was really hard and I was constantly taking breaks. Now it's a lot easier I can get through the whole thing no problem. So if you think it's hard don't quit because it gets easier and makes you feel a lot better about yourself! :) Thank you for this video.

I'll be doing this for a week! Spring break is here, and I want to see results before I head back to school in two weeks. Like and comment for updates, gives me motivation. I have the first update already, since I came home from school. Day 1- 3/10/17: I was able to do everything up until mountain climbers. To control my breathing and keep my pace, I did 5 and then took a 3 second break. 5 and then 3 second break. Know your limits guys, and know when you can push further. I pushed myself with scissor kicks and scissor kicks, and bycicle crunches(I do these a lot). I feel a slight burn in my abs and obliques, but nothing too dramatic. I ended it off with a 20 second push-up position hold. :))
Hi all! I know lots of you don't care, but I'll write this update anyways. Day 2- 3/11/17: I was already tired and sore from helping my aunt move heavy bins into her new apartment. So, I did my best to power through this workout. I had to skip two exercises, the plank with hip twists and the up and down planks, as I did my best to do them, but I just couldn't. Not today. I could definitely feel the soreness from yesterday in my abs and obliques. My abs are burning, nothing too dramatic and no results in the mirror yet. I definitely put a sweat on today tho! :)
Hello! My next update! Day 3- 3/12/17: My arms are still pretty sore from yesterday, but I built up motivation to do this workout!! I felt my core was a lot stronger, I was able to power through all these exercises!! I stopped only a couple of times between the mountain climbers, plank with hip twists and the up and down planks. It was a lot better compared to my first 2 days. As for results, in the mirror I could barely see some lines come in, but that's if I stared for like 10 minutes XD. Don't forget to drink lots of water to reduce muscle tightness and bloating!! Attention: I'm doing this workout with no change in my diet. :))
Hi!! Good afternoon~ Day 4- 3/13/17: It's the afternoon, and since it's spring break (I have no life), I was bored and decided to start my workout already. I only stopped like 3 times, which is progress compared to my first 3 days. I pushed myself, even when I wanted to stop. The planks with hip twists and the up-and-down planks are becoming much easier for me. I've been bloated so the results are kind of hard to see, but I can see small, barely visible, lines forming and my stomach has gotten just a tad bit flatter. Either than that, nothing major. :)
i definitely think you should take some breaks! recover from the soreness. maybe a day or two. i took a three day break and i feel so much better coming back. i did better too!

My abs has definitely become more defined. To get abs, diet plays a very important role so try to eat as clean and healthy as possible. Also doing HIIT cardio will really help. If you want to get nice result you will have to engage your core while doing the exercises. You will have to keep your ab muscles contracted while doing the exercises. If your muscle is relaxed then you're basically not working your core muscle, you're using the rest of your body to do the movement. In that case, you won't get to see the result. Also I have put up another cardio abs routine that helps burns fats and define your abs. Try to do both of these to get nice abs! +aida-maria getz It stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Its a training that alternates between short intense exercises and shorter less intense exercises. Its a really good form of cardio :)
i've done this routine for 2 weeks everyday with hiit cardio(sometimes chloe's sometimes fitness blender) and my abs has changed a lot. do it with hiit cardio and see the results !! OTHERWISE THANKS CHLOE FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL ROUTINES !!

Experience: I did this for about 2 weeks because I needed to model. In 2 weeks, I could see the middle line of my stomach. The first 2 days would be quite tiring, but it gets easier because you would get used to it. Your stomach muscles might burn a bit and might be a bit painful, but KEEP GOING. If you cannot do some of the exercises here, do some situps instead. MAKE SURE YOU SWEAT Tips to get abs faster: More fat than carbs because CARBS makes you look rounder and bigger. Eat less meat too and drink lots of water (better with lemon water). Get me to 1K likes and I would keep updating week by week. Hope this is helpful!!
Our body is not that simple :) Whatever energy we eat (carbs, fat, protein, alcohol) will be either stored as fat or burned. But carbs (especially sugar-rich foods!) are quickly broken down, which makes your blood sugar rise and then fall quickly. The fall in your blood sugar will likely make you crave more carbs. Fats are broken down slowly, so that you won't get that drop in your blood sugar, and will be less likely to eat more. That being said, 'carb'-foods like vegetables and wholemeal bread contain lots of fiber, which slows absorption of carbs and also makes you feel full longer. Sorry if it was kind of long :D But as a soon-to-be medicinal biologist, I feel slightly offended by statements such as "carbs make you look rounder". There's so much bs on this topic. Shoutout to Chloe for actually providing us with actual info.

Stuck in COVID-19 quarantine so I decided to try this out and will be logging my results! Day 1: It was pretty challenging and I had to take a break that was longer than 10 seconds a few times but overall it felt good. Day 2: Today I did a lot better than yesterday, I only paused the video once to readjust myself but overall I strained through. Day 3: It was a little easier than the days before but still burned. Day 4: It was pretty normal, but I strained my wrist so i wasn't able to do the up and down plank:'( Day 5: Good news! My wrist doesn't hurt anymore! I was able to do the full exercise and am already noticing my endurance is progressively getting better, I don't have to take a few second breaks anymore. Day 6: It was a lot easier and I can already tell my endurance is getting a lot better. Day 7: The beginning burned more than usual and the ending was a lot easier for some reason. Day 8: Same as always. It gets easier the more you do it. I also added one of Chloe Ting's Lower Ab Workouts to the mix. Day 9: I had a lot less energy today but I was able told so the workout. Day 10: I wasn't able to do it yesterday due to not being in a very good emotional state but I was able to do it today. Day 11: I'm tired DX Day 12: It left my stomach really sore today. Usually it doesn't leave my abs this sore. Day 13: I've been noticing that my upper abs are pretty defined for being someone that's kinda skinny/average but still has belly fat. I have a more defined middle line and both upper side parts have definition near my ribs. Day 14: 2 week mark! I'm still gonna continue doing the workout but I'm proud of myself for keeping this up! It's a lot easier than my first day and it doesn't leave me as sweaty. Day 15: So far I've lost an inch on my waist, which is quite surprising since I've been doing this for only 2 weeks (Even though it feels like longer than that)and I haven't been eating much differently than before even though I should be. Now that I have more strength and am able to complete the workout much easier than before, I've started focusing more on clenching my abs and keeping my stomach tight throughout the workout. Day 16: Starting today I will be doing this workout in the morning, and then doing Chloe's new Hourglass Challenge program. I need my Quarantine glo up! Day 17: When I woke up this morning, my abs hurt so much! I managed to pull through the workout but I've never felt this sore. I think it's a good thing though, my stomach feels really tight. By this time I've lost about an inch on my waist and my stomach looks a lot more defined. Day 18: Today I was still kind of sore, but I hardly sweat at all, just a few pricks but that's it. *Weird*

This is LITERALLY the only exercising-sport-activity I do for nearly a year and since the bikini-season started I've got so many nice comments about my "abs" and tummy.... I really really recomment it - after one or two weeks doing this daily it will become a lot easier and it's a quick and very effective way to shape your body :)
so i want to lose weight because recently over the summer i haven't been eating very well and gained a lot of weight. and ill start the exercise and then will quit it. 1 like-1 day ill do this workout. thanks for the motivation.
Ashley Morales if you want to do is as well without giving up I think(this is what I tried),if you have someone with same goal do it together so that you both can encourage each other and at the same time hold each other accountable for your actions. Oml LET ME TELL YOU. Yes you. I have been SEARCHING and SEARCHING for a good an workout for a flat stomach. Well, I mean I got the flat stomach I just want to tone it up. Anyways, I have been searching for literally weeks for a good workout, and I have tried many different workouts. All of them were good, but none of them really made a big difference and none of them burned my abs. But let me tell you, my abs started to BURN during this workout!! I can tell this workout of a good workout for me, and I got all the motivation I need. Imma do this over the summer along with going to the gym and all the sports I play. I’ll try to update y’all in like a month or two. 😬
My story update. Age : 16 Height : 5'7 Weight : 154 lbs. 70 kgs Day 1 : it was kinda difficult. I enjoyed the mountain bicycler part because it was the easiest and the side planks too. Day 2 : i was kinda sore but still did it. Day 3 : less sore and more confident. The things were getting less difficult to do.. Day 4: i wasn't able to do the up and down planks but now i can a little. I can see the improvement in my performance. My stomach's already flat but still it has a layer of fat that i have to get rid of. I am telling you guys it's a really nice workout if you do it honestly and religiously everyday. *my toe's broken (fractured) so i can't do anything* 😭😭😭😭

Some will see results later than others but that shouldn’t cause for your motivation to wear down. Keep doing the exercises because I can assure you that you will definitely see the results you’re looking for.
Been doing this for over a month now and I can definitely say I started seeing results in just 1-2 weeks. I struggled with the spider planks at first, but persistence is key. I'd seriously recommend you guys to give this a try and do as best as you can, you'll get there just as I did. (~:

My first week feels like hell coz It’s really hard but you will absolutely love this workout after all. Sadly I stopped doing this last yr bcoz i have work and don’t have time to do this, but still my abs are there but has a little fats😥 I’m here to do this again. I need serious motivation. I am a slightly chubby twelve year old girl. I am ACTUALLY motivated to work on getting a body that I appreciate more by the end of this summer. I plan on doing this workout everyday! I just went through all 10 minutes of this workout and I'm feeling it!! I struggle with the hip twist plank, so I just do a normal plank during that segment. Day 2: Wow! I felt sore all day today, and when I did this workout again, I was feeling the burn. I felt just fine until the mountain climbers came up and then it started to feel tricky, but I stuck to it! This workout is awesome because just 10 minutes of this and I'm seriously sweating! I haven't cut my normal eating habits at all, and we will see how progress goes!
Day 3: Frankly, I haven't seen visual results yet, but I do feel a lot better! Today, I was able to go through this entire video while being very close to her exact pace/speed on each exercise (except mountain climbers because they are evil), which I am proud about! I'm going to keep this up and see where it goes.
Day 5: I took a break yesterday and got back into the workout today and it felt good! It's getting easier and easier to do the workout which means I'm getting stronger and that's a good sign! I can't deny that I haven't been eating well though... I am fasting for Ramadan, which is really screwing up my eating habits and i've been pigging out a bit too much after sunset, but I'm still resilient for following through!!
Hey! In case your wondering if this works on not u can track my progress with me! Started Sunday, October 1st Age: 13 Day 1: I was really motivated to work out, I completed the workout then did it twice more later on in the day! I was feeling really good. Day 2: I just completed the workout. It was really tiring considering I was so sore from yesterday. (Yeah I didn't feel it till I woke up and ouch it hurts) I noticed it doesn't only affect your ab area. It also tones your arms and legs because they are burning right now. I'm still motivated and I feel pretty good! Day 3: I wasn't motivated at all. It more because I had a bad day though. I did it. I do see a change, my tummy is getting tighter and definitely not bloated. Day 4: okay I just finished and I feet greattt, it didn't hurt for some reason today. I surprisingly pushed through it without any extra breaks...I'm getting stronger and my tummy is getting even harder! Day 5: wasn't motivated. Had a bad day, started to work out and just quit. Day 6: pulled myself together and worked out, no more laziness. Acually kinda craved a workout today, I feel great! But I dont feel the burn anymore so I'm repeating the exercise twice starting tomorrow! Day 7: I just did it and it went great, my stomache is flat! Day 8: I have been doing this for exactly a week and one day, I really love this workout. My tummy has gotten flatter/ tighter and I love it! I was really motivated today and did it! Day 9: just finished! After finishing the workout I always feel refreshed and new haha, my tummy is really improving! If you are debating on whether to do this or not I would definitely do it! Day 14: I was mad today so I worked double the work, I actually sweated unlike the other times, I'm gonna feel the burn tmr😂 Day 15: I'm kinda confused, my tummy was flat but for the past three or so days it hasn't been as flat, I think it might have to do with my sleeping routine... Hello! So this is my first time doing this workout and I'm going to do this for a week since I have no school I'm going to update everyday :) (please like and comment so I'll be sure to come back on and stay motivated!?!) Day One 05/29/17♥ So I actually couldn't do some of them that well but I did attempt them which is good. It did burn a bit and I had to stop while doing some of them but I carried on. For my diet, I am eating a lot healthier. I am trying to get rid of all sugars or just basically anything unhealthy in general and save it for a special occasion or something like that. Day Two 09/30/17♥ I did miss out on the first one because I find that one really difficult. I did feel the burn on some of them but nothing much. I do quite struggle with some because of my legs (I'm so unflexible lol)

I've been doing this workout along with her booty and hips workout as well for about 3 days and I decided to keep myself going by doing updates here. I usually don't commit to my workout routine and I slip after a week but I'll keep you guys updated daily so I force myself to commit. My starting weight it 125 lbs, I'm not fat but I definitely am looking to tone my core. Day 1-3: Hard especially because my body wasn't used to it. I was very sore on day 1 but around day 3, it got easier. Day 4: I had a salad and a few watermelon cubes for breakfast. My workout routine was pretty easy even though I had to take a few breaks. The main thing I notice is my skin looks a lot better. No noticable changes yet.

My height is: 171 cm and my weight: 59.4 kg ✅Day 1: i thought it'd be easy, but i got so tired last few minutes i kinda did sloppy after. According to my mi band 5, i burnt 34 kcal with 97 bpm average and, Max bpm 122 ( i did warm up that wasn't chloe's and burnt 54 kcal but despite the numbers i really can feel in my muscles what im doing with Chloe, just wanted to tell :) ) ✅Day2: burnt 39 kcal with this and 42 before with warming up, first five minutes i was thinking yeah im handling this so well, but last five...🤣 i keep falling with hip Twist plank and up & down plank 😢 Average bpm: 103 Max bpm: 118 ✅Day3: my current weight 58.7 kg. Just a reminder, ALWAYS stretch before a workout!! If you're not sure how to stretch properly, there are plenty of videos on youtube. If you don't stretch you could really hurt a muscle in you legs or arms ( anywhere really). I just feel like a lot of people don't mention stretching before a workout.
I just got my full body health screening report today. The report shows that my body lean tissue mass is "Well" and the body fat and abdominal fat are normal with abdominal fat at lower side.I used to be a fatter guy with 95kg, I have been doing this workout plus 50 push up everyday for almost 4 months (or more) and by reducing the amount of meal taken everyday, I'm now at 85kg (although still overweight based on BMI calculation). The health report showed that I'm "muscular overweight", most of the weight are muscle weight (although I still don't have 6packs abs..). I think this workout really helps (or my health report was wrong 😅)! Thanks Chloe!
I remember this being my go to daily workout for five years straight and absolutely loving it. Now I haven‘t worked out in two years and am only back on day two - I‘m exhausted, couldn‘t finish two of the exercises. But the muscle memory to the music and the memory of how easy I found it to be after a few weeks really keep me going

Going to try to keep a streak. Day 1:☑️ Day 2:☑️ (side touch plank were close to impossible only did it properly for about 10 seconds, Russian twists almost killed me(legs off the floor ) but pushed through it along with the up and down planks) Day 3:☑️still can't fully do the side touch planks. Didn't do as many up and down planks (but did finish it ) Day 4: ☑️took 2 break for side touch planks and 1 break in between mountain climbers.still couldn't do too many up and down planks. Day 5:☑️ not gonna lie felt really lazy and didn't want to exercise today but pushed myself to. One thing I found that helps A LOT is visibly breathing out like you're blowing a feather away. Since I do this as a 2nd workout. I am kinda tired. But it's gotten a lot easier specially the planks! Day 6:☑️ I've switched to doing this at night cause yesterday morning I felt really tired after 25 mins of working out. Things are still a strainous but cause this is my second set of exercise. But much better than before. Day 7: ☑️ skipped the first 3 rests. (Or 4? )Till the Russian twists.cause it was pretty easy to do. I do the Russian twists with the leg off the floor so it's harder. But had to pause for side touch planks. Cause all 3 exercise videos have them. And I get super tired from them. PS:So I'm doing this with 2 other exercise videos. This 10min + chloe tings 2 week ab challenge workout 10min + April hans lower abdomen workout 5mins. (So a total of 25 mins a day, I'm loging things the same way on the other videos too) Day 8:☑️ 2nd day of my periods so I kinda cheated and paused for some of these in between. Couldn't help it . But otherwise this was fine. Day 9:☑️ well it's 12:20 in the morning but I'm going to still count this as the previous day. Didn't want to exercise but wanted to be held accountable for this comment. 3rd day of my periods. So cut me some slack? Day 10:☑️ 11:51pm this while night workout isn't for me. I just wanted to sleep and here I am working out. Wasn't diligent enough today. I did do the previous workout (10 min ab challenge more diligently) but this not so much. My stomach was cramping from my periods the whole time. But still pushed through.
I've been doing this everyday starting yesterday and I'll update everyday: (Starting weight: 119, height 5'6) Day 1: did it but it reallyyy burned and had to take longer rests and paused during some Day 2: completed it with longer rests and had to pause longer still, still very difficult Day 3: completed it but the last three killed me Day 4: I'm sick so I didn't do the workout but I ate less and healthier Day 5: still sick but managed to get through half of the exercise! Day 6: still sick and completed the first half of the workout Day 7: I didn't complete the workout because of so much school work :( Day: 8 I didn't complete the workout but I did do lots of jogging and had 2 1/2 hours of soccer practice Day 9: I'm still s little sick but almost better. I completed the entire workout 2x! Also for reference I weigh 113lb now! Day 10: I completed this workout and then later did the lower abs workout video of hers. Day 11: I did this exercise completely through and it was easier than yesterday Day 12: I completed the workout Day 13: I completed the workout and my abs are more defined Day 14: I completed the workout but surprisingly felt harder than usual Day 15: I didn't do this workout but I did a different one by Chloe ting Day:16 I completed the workout but it was very difficult which I am still confused by Day 21: I haven't updated but I've need doing the workouts everyday. My stomach is flatter and the workout is easier. I'm still working on my diet but it's getting better. My current weight is 110 so I've lost 9lb.
*Wow I’m so late to this but I remember when I was super motivated to workout...* **cries** I would workout for one hour everyday for a good few months, which is completely unnecessary, yet there was little to no results... I mean I felt good afterwards but that wasn’t the point. I realized the DIET is way more important so I starting focusing more on that and turned vegan(: However, I then ended up not working out at all. So now I’m working on balancing both into my life!! ok well idek if I'm talking to anyone but I've done it for two days so far, just getting ready to do it for the third. There's no difference in my stomach yet. I'm just trying to get it toned though rather than full on abs. Although, my stomach feels tighter, there's no difference so far in how it looks. (which is understandable) But I will update when I see a difference.
Today will be day 6 of me doing this workout. I've noticed a slight difference on day 5. Stomach has got a slight flatter and its starting to get toned! I'm really excited bc I've only been doing it for almost a week, just imagine the results in a month:) Stay motivated! although the workouts aren't really getting easier for me to do, I still have to stop every once in a while to breathe bc for some reason I always hold my breath while exercising ?😂 but, me and my sister find mountain climbers very easy and we don't feel anything, so we replace those with side plank, 30 seconds on each side. But that's the only change we've made:) Will update in a few days!

Jessica Chu I'm doing 3 days on 1 day off and then another 3 days on. I've restricted my diet but not by too much. if I miss a day then I do the set in the morning and at night. My stomach is not as sore as the first 3 days but I can definitely see more definition going on.
I'm gonna try and do this everyday next week! I stick to my word with things like this so I PROMISE I'll be back next friday to let y'all know my results!!

Ok so this video was posted a year ago but I need motivation so 1 like = 1 day 💛 thanks sm for this video you will be getting a lot of updates from me soon (hopefully) Day1: WOWIE I was not prepared. So it hurts a lot in my arms and my back (I’m very inactive) so I did like 30-20 secs on some and 50 on others. On someone of them I did that girl push up type way. I felt as if I was cheating 😭. I’m very sorry for those I didn’t get back too I forgot I was doing it 😳BUT IK HERE Day 2: well my wrist hurt but I feel full of energy and I can really feel the burn today. Other wise I feel really great(still very sorry that I like sissy out on them because I just physically can’t do them) Day 3: it’s gotten a lot easier I’ve been pushing myself to the whole 50 seconds. I’m really eating in a yoga mat and then I’m gonna do everything. But I really feel great Day4: WOW ok so my (where my abs) stomach hurts cause I can feel my hard work paying off but I’m also ok like intermediate fasting sooo yeah but I feel great Day 5: I did it all and I had to stop. I have a hernia and I’m waiting to resume this so yeah meaning every day is on hold until then please understand

Shicaral This sounds kinda weird but it helped me. If you cant do it all the way put both of your hands under your but and then try. It makes it easier. And then after a few days try doing it normally.

I’ve been doing this everyday for a WHOLE MONTH now and here’s what I have to say:
The first week will be SO HARD and you will find yourself wanting to take longer breaks and not being able to do certain exercises, like the up and down plank in my case
But after that you find yourself being able to complete ALL the exercises in the given time, trust me. I’m now able to do all of them including the up and down plank.
I have found that my ab line down the centre of my abdomen is more defined and I have so much strength in my upper arms now( I used to not even be able to hold a plank for longer than 30 seconds)
Now I’m so used to all the exercises and I’m trying to step it up a bit. To do this I instead of trying to just get through the exercises I put thought into every move and really try to tense my abs. Also for the Russian twist keep your legs off the ground.

Guys this really works! I started doing this workout twice a day two weeks ago with 52.7k and I'm now, two weeks later with 49k! I was actually impressed with my results... I also started eating cleaner and I drink 5 bottles of water everyday! About my abs: I don't have abs... YET... Because I can already see the lines of my future abs... I'm really proud of myself!

Skylineblue 17 I'm already eating healthy, I eat more veggies and less meat. Eating every 5 hours and drinking 1.5 liters of water daily. On my experience I would recommend doing 1 set of this workout 3 hours after eating, it's so effective.

Dimples N' Stuff change your eating habits, if you eat chicken and beef more try to reduce it and add veggies to it for example. The thing is you need 1) healthier food 2) that fills you up 3) while it has less calories. So you might want to tell you parents so they can at least prepare you meals with veggies, or buy more veggies and fruits. Eat nuts. Have always a bottle of water with you. Changing alone your eating habits will get you to lose weight, wether you intentionally wanted it or not if you're overweight. By doing all of the above I lost 5 kilos in 2 months when I just wanted to lose 3, and I was happy with it. You just need sometime to get used to it, and the "will" to stay healthy :)

Day 1: This was so effing hard. Especially the last one like wtf?! Anyways, can really feel a difference in my core when I sneeze, cough or laugh. Trying to eat healthier as well.
Day 2: Today was so difficult! I sweat like crazy! I can really feel a difference in my core, and my belly isnt that protruding anymore.
Day 3: Today was a bit easier. I am seeing no changes. Added another exercise to increase chances of seeing any changes.
Day 4: I couldn't do it because I was travelling all day!
Day 5: Today was actually so DIFFICULT! I was sweating like crazy! I added some other exercises as well to make up for what I missed yesterday! My stomach is getting a bit flatter.
Day 6: Today was a bit easier than yesterday, but I'm still having exercise with the oblique plank so instead I just do a normal plank. I woke up this morning and my stomach was so flat! TIP FOR YOU GUYS, never stop even if you see good results. Keep doing it!
Day 7: Did the workout, barely, today! I was so damn tired! I did this workout and a short walk outside. Ate a bit of junk food before I did the workout, so my belly was bloated like hell and I didn't feel really confident at all.The plank at the end if becoming easier! Day 19: Feelin good that I've been able to do this for quite a long time. I'm trying to cut the fatty foods and have low calorie snacks. Today, I had a nice salad with meatballs.
Day 20: Ayeeee. Today was good! I added another exercise from @GabriellaWhited -- the lower belly one! These two videos have worked like a damn charm.

I have been using all of Chloe Ting's workout videos, and recently took up her Summer Shred challenge and decided to revisit this old video I used about a year ago for probably a full on four months. My stomach has become SO much flatter than what I would have expected, and I have developed a prominent ab line from using all of her workout videos. I am so so happy to be able to discover her channel, and her website and pre-planned workouts. They're such a blessing. Definitely, definitely use her workouts if ur aiming to lose weight. I lost weight in my arms and face in the process as well. If you guys have any more *recent questions* please leave them and I will answer!

So, occasionally I gave myself cheat days if you read the whole thing. Other than that, I tried to cut low on soda and snacks, ate a lot of fruits and continued as normal.
I think in like two weeks I lost around 3-4 kilos.

Hello! I added this to my workout routine today, and it worked extremely and surprisingly well. They weren't exactly evident and instant, but that could have been because I stopped a few times in between because my upper body isn't as strong. 😨 But I think in a few days, they will grow and become more defined and feminine. Towards the end when she was introducing more upper body plank exercises, I just repeated some of the exercises she did earlier in the video like regular crunches or Russian twist (personally was my favorite). :)

Have been doing this for around 2 month and I cannot thank you more. I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the most efficient set of exercises that I've ever done, and I've tried plenty before. I must also add that the results are very visible and it motivates me to keep working just as hard. And last, I would like to thank you a lot for this, it's always nice to have you as a daily workout partner haha
In general I have a healthy, normal diet, but not very controlled (no counting calories and all that). I mostly just do intuitive eating. I didn't change my diet since I started working out.

I've been doing this for 5 days. So far my abs have been getting a little more toned. The first time I did this workout it was really hard and I was constantly taking breaks. Now it's a lot easier I can get through the whole thing no problem. I have the first update already, since I came home from school.
Day 1- 3/10/17: I was able to do everything up until mountain climbers. To control my breathing and keep my pace, I did 5 and then took a 3 second break. 5 and then 3 second break. Know your limits guys, and know when you can push further. I pushed myself with scissor kicks and scissor kicks, and bycicle crunches(I do these a lot). I feel a slight burn in my abs and obliques, but nothing too dramatic. I ended it off with a 20 second push-up position hold. :))

Day 2- 3/11/17: I was already tired and sore from helping my aunt move heavy bins into her new apartment. So, I did my best to power through this workout. I had to skip two exercises, the plank with hip twists and the up and down planks, as I did my best to do them, but I just couldn't. Not today. I could definitely feel the soreness from yesterday in my abs and obliques. My abs are burning, nothing too dramatic and no results in the mirror yet. I definitely put a sweat on today tho! :)

Day 3- 3/12/17: My arms are still pretty sore from yesterday, but I built up motivation to do this workout!! I felt my core was a lot stronger, I was able to power through all these exercises!! I stopped only a couple of times between the mountain climbers, plank with hip twists and the up and down planks. It was a lot better compared to my first 2 days. As for results, in the mirror I could barely see some lines come in, but that's if I stared for like 10 minutes XD. Don't forget to drink lots of water to reduce muscle tightness and bloating!! Attention: I'm doing this workout with no change in my diet. :))

Day 4- 3/13/17: It's the afternoon, and since it's spring break (I have no life), I was bored and decided to start my workout already. I only stopped like 3 times, which is progress compared to my first 3 days. I pushed myself, even when I wanted to stop. The planks with hip twists and the up-and-down planks are becoming much easier for me. I've been bloated so the results are kind of hard to see, but I can see small, barely visible, lines forming and my stomach has gotten just a tad bit flatter. Either than that, nothing major. :)

Intense Abs Workout! Yar! I've been doing this abs workout twice a week. My abs has definitely become more defined. To get abs, diet plays a very important role so try to eat as clean and healthy as possible. Also doing HIIT cardio will really help. I have recently put up a video about that too. Guys I thought I'll give another quick tip! If you want to get nice result you will have to engage your core while doing the exercises. You will have to keep your ab muscles contracted while doing the exercises. If your muscle is relaxed then you're basically not working your core muscle, you're using the rest of your body to do the movement. In that case, you won't get to see the result. Also I have put up another cardio abs routine that helps burns fats and define your abs. Try to do both of these to get nice abs! +aida-maria getz It stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Its a training that alternates between short intense exercises and shorter less intense exercises. Its a really good form of cardio :)

Experience: I did this for about 2 weeks because I needed to model. In 2 weeks, I could see the middle line of my stomach. The first 2 days would be quite tiring, but it gets easier because you would get used to it. Your stomach muscles might burn a bit and might be a bit painful, but KEEP GOING. If you cannot do some of the exercises here, do some situps instead. MAKE SURE YOU SWEAT
Tips to get abs faster: More fat than carbs because CARBS makes you look rounder and bigger. Eat less meat too and drink lots of water (better with lemon water).

Our body is not that simple :) Whatever energy we eat (carbs, fat, protein, alcohol) will be either stored as fat or burned. But carbs (especially sugar-rich foods!) are quickly broken down, which makes your blood sugar rise and then fall quickly. The fall in your blood sugar will likely make you crave more carbs. Fats are broken down slowly, so that you won't get that drop in your blood sugar, and will be less likely to eat more. That being said, 'carb'-foods like vegetables and wholemeal bread contain lots of fiber, which slows absorption of carbs and also makes you feel full longer.
Sorry if it was kind of long :D But as a soon-to-be medicinal biologist, I feel slightly offended by statements such as "carbs make you look rounder". There's so much bs on this topic.

Stuck in COVID-19 quarantine so I decided to try this out and will be logging my results!
Day 1: It was pretty challenging and I had to take a break that was longer than 10 seconds a few times but overall it felt good.
Day 2: Today I did a lot better than yesterday, I only paused the video once to readjust myself but overall I strained through.
Day 3: It was a little easier than the days before but still burned.
Day 4: It was pretty normal, but I strained my wrist so i wasn't able to do the up and down plank:'(
Day 5: Good news! My wrist doesn't hurt anymore! I was able to do the full exercise and am already noticing my endurance is progressively getting better, I don't have to take a few second breaks anymore.
Day 6: It was a lot easier and I can already tell my endurance is getting a lot better.
Day 7: The beginning burned more than usual and the ending was a lot easier for some reason.
Day 8: Same as always. It gets easier the more you do it. I also added one of Chloe Ting's Lower Ab Workouts to the mix.
Day 9: I had a lot less energy today but I was able told so the workout.
Day 10: I wasn't able to do it yesterday due to not being in a very good emotional state but I was able to do it today.
Day 11: I'm tired DX
Day 12: It left my stomach really sore today. Usually it doesn't leave my abs this sore.
Day 13: I've been noticing that my upper abs are pretty defined for being someone that's kinda skinny/average but still has belly fat. I have a more defined middle line and both upper side parts have definition near my ribs.
Day 14: 2 week mark! I'm still gonna continue doing the workout but I'm proud of myself for keeping this up! It's a lot easier than my first day and it doesn't leave me as sweaty.
Day 15: So far I've lost an inch on my waist, which is quite surprising since I've been doing this for only 2 weeks (Even though it feels like longer than that)and I haven't been eating much differently than before even though I should be. Now that I have more strength and am able to complete the workout much easier than before, I've started focusing more on clenching my abs and keeping my stomach tight throughout the workout.
Day 16: Starting today I will be doing this workout in the morning, and then doing Chloe's new Hourglass Challenge program. I need my Quarantine glo up!
Day 17: When I woke up this morning, my abs hurt so much! I managed to pull through the workout but I've never felt this sore. I think it's a good thing though, my stomach feels really tight. By this time I've lost about an inch on my waist and my stomach looks a lot more defined.
Day 18: Today I was still kind of sore, but I hardly sweat at all, just a few pricks but that's it. *Weird*

This is LITERALLY the only exercising-sport-activity I do for nearly a year and since the bikini-season started I've got so many nice comments about my "abs" and tummy.... I really really recomment it - after one or two weeks doing this daily it will become a lot easier and it's a quick and very effective way to shape your body :)

Day 1 : it was kinda difficult. I enjoyed the mountain bicycler part because it was the easiest and the side planks too.
Day 2 : i was kinda sore but still did it.
Day 3 : less sore and more confident. The things were getting less difficult to do..
Day 4: i wasn't able to do the up and down planks but now i can a little. I can see the improvement in my performance. My stomach's already flat but still it has a layer of fat that i have to get rid of. I am telling you guys it's a really nice workout if you do it honestly and religiously everyday.

Some will see results later than others but that shouldn’t cause for your motivation to wear down. Keep doing the exercises because I can assure you that you will definitely see the results you’re looking for.

I’ve done this workout about a year ago for almost 2months and i swear it really changed my abdomen part. My abs became toned. My first week feels like hell coz It’s really hard but you will absolutely love this workout after all. I am ACTUALLY motivated to work on getting a body that I appreciate more by the end of this summer. I plan on doing this workout everyday! I just went through all 10 minutes of this workout and I'm feeling it!! I struggle with the hip twist plank, so I just do a normal plank during that segment.

Day 2: Wow! I felt sore all day today, and when I did this workout again, I was feeling the burn. I felt just fine until the mountain climbers came up and then it started to feel tricky, but I stuck to it! This workout is awesome because just 10 minutes of this and I'm seriously sweating! I haven't cut my normal eating habits at all, and we will see how progress goes!
Day 3: Frankly, I haven't seen visual results yet, but I do feel a lot better! Today, I was able to go through this entire video while being very close to her exact pace/speed on each exercise (except mountain climbers because they are evil), which I am proud about! I'm going to keep this up and see where it goes.
Day 5: I took a break yesterday and got back into the workout today and it felt good! It's getting easier and easier to do the workout which means I'm getting stronger and that's a good sign! I can't deny that I haven't been eating well though... I am fasting for Ramadan, which is really screwing up my eating habits and i've been pigging out a bit too much after sunset, but I'm still resilient for following through!!
Day 6: Still following through!! Almost felt too lazy to do it today, but I can't let that get to me! Consistency is key.

Day 1: I was really motivated to work out, I completed the workout then did it twice more later on in the day! I was feeling really good.
Day 2: I just completed the workout. It was really tiring considering I was so sore from yesterday. (Yeah I didn't feel it till I woke up and ouch it hurts) I noticed it doesn't only affect your ab area. It also tones your arms and legs because they are burning right now. I'm still motivated and I feel pretty good!
Day 3: I wasn't motivated at all. It more because I had a bad day though. I did it. I do see a change, my tummy is getting tighter and definitely not bloated.
Day 4: okay I just finished and I feet greattt, it didn't hurt for some reason today. I surprisingly pushed through it without any extra breaks...I'm getting stronger and my tummy is getting even harder!
Day 5: wasn't motivated. Had a bad day, started to work out and just quit.
Day 6: pulled myself together and worked out, no more laziness. Acually kinda craved a workout today, I feel great! But I dont feel the burn anymore so I'm repeating the exercise twice starting tomorrow!
Day 7: I just did it and it went great, my stomache is flat!
Day 8: I have been doing this for exactly a week and one day, I really love this workout. My tummy has gotten flatter/ tighter and I love it! I was really motivated today and did it!
Day 9: just finished! After finishing the workout I always feel refreshed and new haha, my tummy is really improving! If you are debating on whether to do this or not I would definitely do it!

05/29/17♥ So I actually couldn't do some of them that well but I did attempt them which is good. It did burn a bit and I had to stop while doing some of them but I carried on.
For my diet, I am eating a lot healthier. I am trying to get rid of all sugars or just basically anything unhealthy in general and save it for a special occasion or something like that.

I've been doing this workout along with her booty and hips workout as well for about 3 days and I decided to keep myself going by doing updates here. I usually don't commit to my workout routine and I slip after a week but I'll keep you guys updated daily so I force myself to commit. My starting weight it 125 lbs, I'm not fat but I definitely am looking to tone my core.
Day 1-3: Hard especially because my body wasn't used to it. I was very sore on day 1 but around day 3, it got easier.
Day 4: I had a salad and a few watermelon cubes for breakfast. My workout routine was pretty easy even though I had to take a few breaks. The main thing I notice is my skin looks a lot better. No noticable changes yet.
this is my 7th day doing this and the difference is amazing! my stomach has gotten more toned.. Keep in mind that I alson try to watch my diet and eat helathy...
My height is: 171 cm and my weight: 59.4 kg
✅Day 1: i thought it'd be easy, but i got so tired last few minutes i kinda did sloppy after. According to my mi band 5, i burnt 34 kcal with 97 bpm average and, Max bpm 122 ( i did warm up that wasn't chloe's and burnt 54 kcal but despite the numbers i really can feel in my muscles what im doing with Chloe, just wanted to tell :) )
✅Day2: burnt 39 kcal with this and 42 before with warming up, first five minutes i was thinking yeah im handling this so well, but last five...🤣 i keep falling with hip Twist plank and up & down plank 😢

Just a reminder, ALWAYS stretch before a workout!! If you're not sure how to stretch properly, there are plenty of videos on youtube. If you don't stretch you could really hurt a muscle in you legs or arms ( anywhere really). I just feel like a lot of people don't mention stretching before a workout.

I just got my full body health screening report today. The report shows that my body lean tissue mass is "Well" and the body fat and abdominal fat are normal with abdominal fat at lower side.I used to be a fatter guy with 95kg, I have been doing this workout plus 50 push up everyday for almost 4 months (or more) and by reducing the amount of meal taken everyday, I'm now at 85kg (although still overweight based on BMI calculation). The health report showed that I'm "muscular overweight", most of the weight are muscle weight (although I still don't have 6packs abs..). I think this workout really helps (or my health report was wrong 😅)! Thanks Chloe!

Now I haven‘t worked out in two years and am only back on day two - I‘m exhausted, couldn‘t finish two of the exercises. Yes, I did three exercises through Chloe Ting, which are lower abdominal exercises, buttocks, and everyone is full body exercises. If you continue on Chloe Ting, it will slim you quickly.☺🤗😁😁😀

Day 1:☑️
Day 2:☑️ (side touch plank were close to impossible only did it properly for about 10 seconds, Russian twists almost killed me(legs off the floor ) but pushed through it along with the up and down planks)
Day 3:☑️still can't fully do the side touch planks. Didn't do as many up and down planks (but did finish it )
Day 4: ☑️took 2 break for side touch planks and 1 break in between mountain climbers.still couldn't do too many up and down planks.
Day 5:☑️ not gonna lie felt really lazy and didn't want to exercise today but pushed myself to. One thing I found that helps A LOT is visibly breathing out like you're blowing a feather away. Since I do this as a 2nd workout. I am kinda tired. But it's gotten a lot easier specially the planks!
Day 6:☑️ I've switched to doing this at night cause yesterday morning I felt really tired after 25 mins of working out. Things are still a strainous but cause this is my second set of exercise. But much better than before.
Day 7: ☑️ skipped the first 3 rests. (Or 4? )Till the Russian twists.cause it was pretty easy to do. I do the Russian twists with the leg off the floor so it's harder. But had to pause for side touch planks. Cause all 3 exercise videos have them. And I get super tired from them.
PS:So I'm doing this with 2 other exercise videos. This 10min + chloe tings 2 week ab challenge workout 10min + April hans lower abdomen workout 5mins. (So a total of 25 mins a day, I'm loging things the same way on the other videos too)
Day 8:☑️ 2nd day of my periods so I kinda cheated and paused for some of these in between. Couldn't help it . But otherwise this was fine.
Day 9:☑️ well it's 12:20 in the morning but I'm going to still count this as the previous day. Didn't want to exercise but wanted to be held accountable for this comment. 3rd day of my periods. So cut me some slack?
Day 10:☑️ 11:51pm this while night workout isn't for me. I just wanted to sleep and here I am working out. Wasn't diligent enough today. I did do the previous workout (10 min ab challenge more diligently) but this not so much. My stomach was cramping from my periods the whole time. But still pushed through.

I've been doing this everyday starting yesterday and I'll update everyday:
(Starting weight: 119, height 5'6)
Day 1: did it but it reallyyy burned and had to take longer rests and paused during some
Day 2: completed it with longer rests and had to pause longer still, still very difficult
Day 3: completed it but the last three killed me
Day 4: I'm sick so I didn't do the workout but I ate less and healthier
Day 5: still sick but managed to get through half of the exercise!
Day 6: still sick and completed the first half of the workout
Day 7: I didn't complete the workout because of so much school work :(
Day: 8 I didn't complete the workout but I did do lots of jogging and had 2 1/2 hours of soccer practice
Day 9: I'm still s little sick but almost better. I completed the entire workout 2x! Also for reference I weigh 113lb now!
Day 10: I completed this workout and then later did the lower abs workout video of hers.
Day 11: I did this exercise completely through and it was easier than yesterday
Day 12: I completed the workout
Day 13: I completed the workout and my abs are more defined
Day 14: I completed the workout but surprisingly felt harder than usual
Day 15: I didn't do this workout but I did a different one by Chloe ting
Day:16 I completed the workout but it was very difficult which I am still confused by
Day 21: I haven't updated but I've need doing the workouts everyday. My stomach is flatter and the workout is easier. I'm still working on my diet but it's getting better. My current weight is 110 so I've lost 9lb.

I would workout for one hour everyday for a good few months, which is completely unnecessary, yet there was little to no results... I mean I felt good afterwards but that wasn’t the point. I realized the DIET is way more important so I starting focusing more on that and turned vegan(: However, I then ended up not working out at all. So now I’m working on balancing both into my life!!

ok well idek if I'm talking to anyone but I've done it for two days so far, just getting ready to do it for the third. There's no difference in my stomach yet. I'm just trying to get it toned though rather than full on abs. Although, my stomach feels tighter, there's no difference so far in how it looks. (which is understandable) But I will update when I see a difference.

Today will be day 6 of me doing this workout. I've noticed a slight difference on day 5. Stomach has got a slight flatter and its starting to get toned! I'm really excited bc I've only been doing it for almost a week, just imagine the results in a month:) Stay motivated! although the workouts aren't really getting easier for me to do, I still have to stop every once in a while to breathe bc for some reason I always hold my breath while exercising ?😂 but, me and my sister find mountain climbers very easy and we don't feel anything, so we replace those with side plank, 30 seconds on each side. But that's the only change we've made:) Will update in a few days!

Jessica Chu I'm doing 3 days on 1 day off and then another 3 days on. I've restricted my diet but not by too much. if I miss a day then I do the set in the morning and at night. My stomach is not as sore as the first 3 days but I can definitely see more definition going on.
I'm gonna try and do this everyday next week! I stick to my word with things like this so I PROMISE I'll be back next friday to let y'all know my results!!

Day1: WOWIE I was not prepared. So it hurts a lot in my arms and my back (I’m very inactive) so I did like 30-20 secs on some and 50 on others. On someone of them I did that girl push up type way. I felt as if I was cheating 😭. I’m very sorry for those I didn’t get back too I forgot I was doing it 😳BUT IK HERE
Day 2: well my wrist hurt but I feel full of energy and I can really feel the burn today. Other wise I feel really great(still very sorry that I like sissy out on them because I just physically can’t do them)
Day 3: it’s gotten a lot easier I’ve been pushing myself to the whole 50 seconds. I’m really eating in a yoga mat and then I’m gonna do everything. But I really feel great
