@@Rebeccalouisefitness I started slowly with 'cardio for begginners' as a warm up and than I add some abs or legs. Sometimes I need to modify because obviously I'm still not that strong. I hope day after day I can do it more intense. I'm not in the rush though😂 that summer is not going to be bikini summer, but nothings beats the feeling of being mum❤

I have a problem with the side plank. I used to love it years ago when i was working out in the beginning. Never had problem with this pose. Years later, now starting to work out with your videos i can't hold myself up without my palms start hurting right away. And I keep my hands aligned with my shoulders. I gave up on doing this workout move for that reason because im too focused on the pain instead the move and the muscles.

Hi Chaeyeon- I never count calories, it's literally down to giving it 100% effort. The more muscle you have and the harder you train, the more calories you burn! For the side planks, is it okay to go down on my elbows instead of my hand? I broke my wrists so it puts too much pressure on them and hurts allot
