    I have been doing Rebecca Louise workouts for almost 10 years . Even during the pandemic, I kept me weight down thanks to her workouts. I do some workouts more often than others. Depending on my mood and how much time I have, but even though I would like to lose some 6 pounds and have firmer butt and inner thighs. I am so grateful to you Rebecca Louise for helping us busy -not so young- women to keep our bodies -and minds in shape. Love you RL.!!

    Hi Rebecca Love your energy. I. Had back surgery and lost my. Muscle in My lower back. I now have a line. No strength and looks horrible . Any workout for that? Thank you

    The good thing is that she always take it slow. I've tried working out with other youtuber and ended up competing with them evidently ended up hurting myself even more 😂🤭
