I love seeing short, effective workouts like this! My #1 excuse for not working out is that I "don't have to time," but pretty much anyone can find a spare ten minutes in their day! I always remind myself that working out will be worth it because I've never once regretted a workout by the time I'm done!
My little nieces fondly call them the "Jiggaly-jiggalies" or grandma's jello arms. Grandma passed away but we still call em "Jiggaly-jiggalies" in her "honor" for affectionate fun. Love the workouts! Hi Rebecca, can you do an arm workout with mainly just your overhead pushups? I've never seen this as a tricep excercise, so I'm very interesested in these as I did feel the burn.

Hi Rebecca-Louise, I have a problem that seems to have developed last 2 years. I'm still fairly slim, UK 8, but I have absolutely no muscle tone anywhere on my body & an even amount of fat in places over my body. I'm probably skinny fat, if that exists. I'm only 30 years old, but recently noticed elbow wrinkles that that weren't here 2 years ago. I wasn't someone during lockdown who used the extra time at home to exercise. Anyway, the wrinkles don't show very much when I put my arms straight up but when they are hanging loosely at my side they show more then. I think it could be because the fat at the top of my arms is falling down with gravity and I've no muscle on my arms to help. Do you think this is true, and should I lose a bit of weight and do some arm exercises like these ones in your video? Thanks

Truly excellent toning routine...I normally use 10lb weights (for bicep curls, etc.) or 20lb weights (for chest presses, etc.) but for this toning routine, 5lb weights were plenty effective! Nicely done!!

I usually film with around 3-5kg I personally go heavier, it all depends on what weight you are currently using, you definitely want to ease into it
