Yeah, all these mainstream workouts are basically cardio in disguise, jumping all the time and all around. This does NOT shape the muscles at all so I don't get the people that post it. What does create that toned look is strength training like what Rebecca does. Hope more people notice and subscribe her because I saw amazing results with her, and my abs started forming really nicely

Sure you can do it every day depending on what you goal is (for example if you want to lose fat you need more full body workouts but if you just want to tone the inner thigh and butt you can do just that), but at least 1 day of rest is CRUCIAL. The muscles grow during rest

I love it!! And I have a question, why does my lower back hurt or feel intense when I do the inner thigh? If I lift my hips more it feels like my back experiences a big stress?
