      My most fav are those u had on XHIT.
      “ 9 exercise for a flat stomach “, “Intense Ab Workout”, “ 10 minutes Ab: work out to get six pack”, and the “ Miley Cyrus leg Work out”.
      Thank you for inspiring us, your ongoing motivation during the video is what makes u different and get me thru the work out.

      @@user-zx1uh3dm1g its her "6-pack abs" video. I did it for about 2-3 months pretty much every single day and it was effective but I got some negative side effects from the abdominal pressure so i have not done it in a while- I changed to crunch free workouts

      @@user-zx1uh3dm1g oh and on top of that I was on a constant caloric deficit, taking protein powder, eating my vitamins and minerals and working out 5-7 times a week.

      Exercises is great way to get six pack abs. For people who want to get six pack abs in short time, you can try *Imodstyle 6 Pack Abs* . I was pretty lean before, but after a 23 days of follow that guide I actually have visible definition in my abs and I even have muscle definition on my sides

      Awesome! What results are you after? If it's ab-building I recommend this one twice per week, and then next month maybe add some weights in too! 😃 More pressure to your core 💪

      You are growing, body is changing, you need good fats, protein and carbs, lots of nutients, minerals, vitamins. Eat real food (veg, fruit, meats), tiny amounts of sugars, and don't eat anything that is junk food, enjoy real food and you won't have to worry.

      It's super important to have a balanced diet and don't deprive yourself! Everyone's body has different requirements, though definitely make sure you're getting enough protein!

      It's always good to cut out on soda, cakes, white bread, pasta, meat, white sugar- low glycemic foods that destroy the body! Also packaged foods that have more than 5 ingredients are bad. Focus on lentils, eggs, omega 3 fish, whole grain foods, vegetables with every meal and fruits twice a day. Eating at the same hours every day, with 5-6 meals (3 big, 2-3 healthy snacks) is important for body hormones too. Avoid emotional eating or eating with distractions. I love the clean eating and food swap method, look it up :)

    Ok I taught I was getting stronger but this workout just burned my abs so much!!! Thank u Rebecca, the most important thing it's to exercise our bodys because we love them and not to exercise them to (maybe) one day start to love it, you taught me that and I'm really thankful.     Hi! I love your workout videos! I have a condition in my hips that makes them 'pop' as i do your practices (my hips are to flexible). Is there a way to work out and not get these 'pops'? Maybe you can look into it? And some stretches or exercises for the Psoas muscle. That one is really tidy too haha. Thank you!

      I have the same issue. My hips make a really annoying popping sound when i do stuff like flutter kicks. i can’t make it stop but for those i go very slow and smooth.

      Rebecca-Louise tysm health and fitness is my life and I would absolutely love to be a part of this but I’m only 13 which is probably way to young but i think teens should be into health and fitness so if you think I could do this without any payment what so ever and just do it to be a help to younger people that would be a dream but probably won’t happen I’m just wondering ily💕

    Rebecca, I do this workout routine almost every day. I eat clean (track my macros) and workout almost everyday as well. Yet I am still able to reach my goal. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!!

      Hi Lovely! I have all the answers on my nutrition plan which comes with your online personal coach, we have the #1 nutrition products because 80% of the battle really is nutrition BUT I would also advise NOT to do the same workout every day - your body will plateau!     I have 3 fused vertebrae in my lumbar area so my ability to do things like roll ups or full sit ups is 0. I can do a sit-up to a high crunch area and that is it.
    I was wondering what I could/should switch it up to when you do those excerises that I physically can't do, in order to hit the same area(s)??
    Currently I just try to get up as high as I can ( semi-high crunch) or do standing knees to elbows with a little hop. That way I am at least working out the same amt of time.
    But yeah... any suggestions to hit the same places on the abs would be **greatly** appreciated.

      Hi Brigitta! Great job working out with me! Yes: my top tip is to stick a T-shirt under your back and squeeze it into the ground!       @@Rebeccalouisefitness my fav is the intense upper body arm wrkout ruclips.net/video/QbHdsco6uto/видео.html the first time I did it i used 10pound weights i didnt have 5 at the time and it was awesome. Felt the burn. Now I have 5 10 and 15 pound weights. I also do a lot of jillian Micheal videos when i dont want to go to the gym

    Hello Rebecca, I do at least 40 minutes of all your workout videos everyday, I have noticed alot of change already, but after how many days can I stop exercising and actually rest my muscles ? Thanks for your great videos 😍😍😍😍😍

    I actually paired this workout with your new HIIT workout on the Burn app the other day. Ended up doing over 80 minutes though (I always end up repeating during a workout to get extra reps and variations in).

      Thanks Rebecca! I'll look into it! :D Oh one more question regarding exercise., As of right now I pretty much just want to maintain what I worked so hard to achieve. How much should I be doing? And how intense should I make the workouts? I keep feeling like I have to do super long intense workouts and I don't even know why I'm doing them.
      Any advice you can give me on this topic would be highly appreciated!

      Hi there! First off: abs are made in the kitchen - so you must be eating clean and using products like those on my Nutrition Plan! And then 2-3 days per week with rest days in between so your abs can grow and repair! 😃
