You are growing, body is changing, you need good fats, protein and carbs, lots of nutients, minerals, vitamins. Eat real food (veg, fruit, meats), tiny amounts of sugars, and don't eat anything that is junk food, enjoy real food and you won't have to worry.
It's super important to have a balanced diet and don't deprive yourself! Everyone's body has different requirements, though definitely make sure you're getting enough protein!
It's always good to cut out on soda, cakes, white bread, pasta, meat, white sugar- low glycemic foods that destroy the body! Also packaged foods that have more than 5 ingredients are bad. Focus on lentils, eggs, omega 3 fish, whole grain foods, vegetables with every meal and fruits twice a day. Eating at the same hours every day, with 5-6 meals (3 big, 2-3 healthy snacks) is important for body hormones too. Avoid emotional eating or eating with distractions. I love the clean eating and food swap method, look it up :)

Hi! I love your workout videos! I have a condition in my hips that makes them 'pop' as i do your practices (my hips are to flexible). Is there a way to work out and not get these 'pops'? Maybe you can look into it? And some stretches or exercises for the Psoas muscle. That one is really tidy too haha. Thank you!
I have the same issue. My hips make a really annoying popping sound when i do stuff like flutter kicks. i can’t make it stop but for those i go very slow and smooth.

I have 3 fused vertebrae in my lumbar area so my ability to do things like roll ups or full sit ups is 0. I can do a sit-up to a high crunch area and that is it. I was wondering what I could/should switch it up to when you do those excerises that I physically can't do, in order to hit the same area(s)?? Currently I just try to get up as high as I can ( semi-high crunch) or do standing knees to elbows with a little hop. That way I am at least working out the same amt of time. But yeah... any suggestions to hit the same places on the abs would be **greatly** appreciated. Thanks!!

I actually paired this workout with your new HIIT workout on the Burn app the other day. Ended up doing over 80 minutes though (I always end up repeating during a workout to get extra reps and variations in).

Hi! I love your workout videos! I have a condition in my hips that makes them 'pop' as i do your practices (my hips are to flexible). Is there a way to work out and not get these 'pops'? Maybe you can look into it? And some stretches or exercises for the Psoas muscle. That one is really tidy too haha. Thank you!
I have the same issue. My hips make a really annoying popping sound when i do stuff like flutter kicks. i can’t make it stop but for those i go very slow and smooth.

I have 3 fused vertebrae in my lumbar area so my ability to do things like roll ups or full sit ups is 0. I can do a sit-up to a high crunch area and that is it.
I was wondering what I could/should switch it up to when you do those excerises that I physically can't do, in order to hit the same area(s)??
Currently I just try to get up as high as I can ( semi-high crunch) or do standing knees to elbows with a little hop. That way I am at least working out the same amt of time.
But yeah... any suggestions to hit the same places on the abs would be **greatly** appreciated.

Felt the burn. Now I have 5 10 and 15 pound weights. I also do a lot of jillian Micheal videos when i dont want to go to the gym

I actually paired this workout with your new HIIT workout on the Burn app the other day. Ended up doing over 80 minutes though (I always end up repeating during a workout to get extra reps and variations in).

Hi there! First off: abs are made in the kitchen - so you must be eating clean and using products like those on my Nutrition Plan! And then 2-3 days per week with rest days in between so your abs can grow and repair! 😃
