Sumo squats really works! I hit 10-12sets, 15reps/set of sumo squat every second day! It works! Here is my routine: 30s break between each set in the 1st 5sets the 2nd 5 sets: 60s break. in the last sets: 80s break.

Yes, it is! I was scared at too first that I didn't do it right, but this is just the "beginners problem"! But you'll see it gets better and your thighs are going to be skinnier and leaner! Keep going!

try doing it a couple times through! It's really hard to get the burn in that inner thigh, but keeping it under pressure will help
