    the first time i did this workout back in 2015 it was devastating to my poor flabby thighs but after a month of doing it every day i was able to lose soooo much inner thigh fat that i had accumulated over the years and that i was never able to loose!! It is the most rewarding workout i've ever done and i've been doing it every year since then The best inner thigh workout on youtube. Thanks Rebecca

    Sumo squats really works!
    I hit 10-12sets, 15reps/set of sumo squat every second day! It works!
    Here is my routine:
    30s break between each set in the 1st 5sets
    the 2nd 5 sets: 60s break.
    in the last sets: 80s break.

    i couldnt find anything good inner thigh workout for me, but i found it today! I can feel my muscles EXTREMELY burning with 4kg dumbells!

    Ever since I started this months ago...sometimes I don't always get to do this workout everyday but I do it everyday when I can or every other day. This works it really does it gives me legs I've always wanted. Being that I'm a college grad and been outta highschool for 4 years so everyone knows how trying to stay small and in shape goes after you get outta school. I love this!!! I also do your Victoria secret Candice swanople workout and girl. And I can say is thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

    At first I kind of didn't feel much probably because i have been doing inner thigh workouts for a while. But when those squat things came at the end i litteraly died lol. Thanks for the workout!

      Klaudia Sokal Of course it does, just make sure you do some cardio as well if you want to lose some weight.

    Oh my God... still out of breath but very happy. I want to do this workout FIVE times a week, plus butt workout, plus walking for 20 min. NEED to shed 6 punds. Wish me luck!!! Thank you so much Rebecca!!!

    Oh Rebecca doing the circles was really hard -hard with my balance...
    After I did the workout my muscles were burning... I like a lot this new way to work my inner thights. Thank you!!!

    oh my god, this one was a killer! i started getting back to exercising just a few weeks ago and i've been focusing mainly on abs (i don't even want to think how many leg days i've skipped lol) so i definitely didn't see this coming. feeling a lot more motivated to work on my legs now, thank you!

    i've been doing her "thigh gap" workout every day for about 2, 3 weeks or something - hell, time flies - and i have to say i already feel the difference. inner thighs have become a lot stronger and i can also feel the muscle thorugh, which was not the case before even though i've been working out for long. i possibly won't ever have a thigh gap, which really doesnt matter to me, but her thigh workouts are really to be recommended to anyone who wants to tone a bit and get stronger fast.

      Thigh gap has more to do with bone structure than anything.

    i really like your videos!! and i like how easy they for beginners because it's not overwhelming. but, i also wanna start going to the gym and i'd love to watch your videos to use the equipments in the gym. please consider making videos for workouts in the gym :))))

    Hey Rebecca, thank you soo soo much for doing these incredible workouts, and I can totally see the progress! I was wondering if you could do a workout pertaining to the knee fat because I seriously cannot get rid of it. I don't even know if there are workouts that focus on the knees but all your workouts have results, and thank you so much for helping out :)

    This workout is very beneficial for me. Because I have problems with inner thighs.But it is hard for me to do squats.My muscles really burn.

    My floors a too shaky to do the cardio as well as this inner thigh workout, will be legs still get slimmed down but doing this without cardio?

    Rebecca! I just LOVE your workouts. I have been working out with you since September along with changes in my diet & the results have been GREAT! I love that I feel stronger each time I finish one of your workouts. Being a full time mom and having a full time job has always made it so difficult getting to the gym; but I would choose you over the gym any day! So happy to have discovered you. Getting a big sweat on after finishing this one!
    I'd like to make a request for a Mom Pooch (Strictly Lower Ab) Workout AND Legs included! How does that sound? Can we make it happen? Love your ab & leg combos!

    Hi Rebecca, I have two questions! 1) How many calories does this burn? 2) When I'm doing the special squats with my back straight, my knees aren't supposed to go over my toes, are they (I remember that's one rule you mentioned in another video)?

    I feel the burn! But the burn was more on the area on the thigh above my knee? Is that the right burn?

      Yes, it is! I was scared at too first that I didn't do it right, but this is just the "beginners problem"! But you'll see it gets better and your thighs are going to be skinnier and leaner! Keep going!

    Is this suppose to make your outer thigh muscles burn as well?? I wasn't really feeling it as much in my inner thighs as my outer thighs. If there's any tips I can get to activate my inner thighs more during this, that would be great

      try doing it a couple times through! It's really hard to get the burn in that inner thigh, but keeping it under pressure will help
