It depends on your body. It can depend on your current body fat percentage and how fast you build muscle. If you're looking slim down I suggest doing exercises like this with a mix of cardio for good all around fitness. I'm not a professional though but hope I helped
If you stretch before and after properly, and do some cardio, then your legs won't get bulky :) if you work your muscles everyday, I recommend up to 20 mins of cardio everyday. But I do some muscle toning days and cardio days so when it's muscle day, I do only 10-20 mins of cardio, and when it's cardio day I do up to 25 mins of cardio
