    my sister did this routine (4 years ago) almost every day for half a year and the results were AMAZING! She still has great legs although she has not been working out for a year now.

    doing this for 2 weeks , i’ll update u guys in 1 and let u know how it’s going, i’m gonna be doing it once a day along with a paleo diet and lots of water and also one other workout. see u guys in a week !

    did 4 minutes of this video. I was exhausted from another workout i did earlier, next week when it's leg I'll try and upgrade it to 6 min or even do the whole thing. My body is burning, omg

    day 1: seems easier and less painful than the older one = greatly motivating considering my laziness in the midst of lockdown... we'll see if this can help me shed my lockdown weight :)

      It depends on your body. It can depend on your current body fat percentage and how fast you build muscle. If you're looking slim down I suggest doing exercises like this with a mix of cardio for good all around fitness. I'm not a professional though but hope I helped

      If you stretch before and after properly, and do some cardio, then your legs won't get bulky :) if you work your muscles everyday, I recommend up to 20 mins of cardio everyday. But I do some muscle toning days and cardio days so when it's muscle day, I do only 10-20 mins of cardio, and when it's cardio day I do up to 25 mins of cardio
