Another flawless workout ❣️🌹❣️ and it’s SO crucial you explained that it’s impossible to spot reduce fat, like most people think 😂but we can eat in a calorie deficit, consume enough protein, and workout full body in order to get rid of it.
5! Loved this ab workout. Was a great addition to the ab workout in the burn app today. I loved how it targeted the lower abs. I have the most trouble with those!

By the way - I LOVED the move Arina used in one of her band workouts in the library- putting it around her feet for bicycles!!! Very creative and so much fun!!! Would love to see more creative moves like that and what you've been doing with like the bow and arrow move and sprinter bicycles for example! And I also loved the band lunges/pull ups Arina did, I felt the burn and like my knee was totally protected! 😍❤💯🔥🙌 excited for the next workout! Thank you!

Hi Wendy, I'm sorry to hear about your knee issues. There are plenty of exercises you can do to help strengthen your core and reduce your belly fat without having to get on your knees. You can try planks, bridges, single-leg squats, and other bodyweight exercises that don't require you to get on your knees. I hope this helps and good luck with your fitness journey!💗
