I had just finished exercising through two videos and then I saw that you had just dropped this video! I called you all kinds of names because I knew I was going to have to do it ! 🔥 I really really felt this!! Love it! A tip for people who feel ab workouts in their lower back, put your hands or a small pillow under your hips. I finally got a proper ab burn instead of lower back burn. 👍
