That’s a killer routine, Jessica!! And I haven’t even tried it yet!! I did ballet classes about 60 years ago and have been looking for barre exercises that don’t involve all that turning the toes out - the reason being that I don’t think it will do my slightly arthritic knee much good!! I am, however, doing various exercises given to me by a physical therapist, but would like to do others to strengthen the muscles round the knee. I hope these are the ones😅😀
