    That’s a killer routine, Jessica!! And I haven’t even tried it yet!! I did ballet classes about 60 years ago and have been looking for barre exercises that don’t involve all that turning the toes out - the reason being that I don’t think it will do my slightly arthritic knee much good!! I am, however, doing various exercises given to me by a physical therapist, but would like to do others to strengthen the muscles round the knee. I hope these are the ones😅😀

      You may be able to do it up to three times a week in addition to your regular workout program!

    Hi Jessica, is it wise for me to do the leg barre exercises even if I have a weak left knee? I'm just into my 4th week of doing all your knee strengthening exercises. Thank you.
