Newbie here! did your 10 min barre arms the other day and had to come back! Started the leg challenge yesterday. So happy I found this channel. Where Im living right now, I dont have a lot of space....so a standing workout like this is so perfect. just what I needed.

It's my 3rd day today to do this barre workout. I did it in my cramped bedroom, then the livingroom and in the kitchen while cooking lunch. It doesn't matter where it's done. I felt my thighs and legs burn, and that's all that matters. :-D thanks as always @actionjacquelyn
I just wanted to pop on here and thank you for this video and other videos you have created. I am a 55 yr old who had a microdiscectomy done in November and am still having issues. These issues make it that I can no longer work out with heavy weights. I had to start looking for exercises that I could do with no weights and came across your channel. I am loving your videos and finding that I get a burn (and soreness the next day LOL) and I don’t have to use weights. This shows me I can be toned, but not have to hurt myself and for that I am thankful to you. Please keep up the great work. ❤
Great workout Jacquelyn I started with your arm workout and then did this one. I incorporated your workout after 20 min run on treadmill. It balanced out my workout perfectly! Thanks.
Love this!!!!! No other exercise got me sweating this much and I can see the difference in my posture and leg shape! Could you make something like this with frontal and side lifts as well..? A great big thanks and love from South Korea
Anyone else notice that in all of her workouts, she sneakily adds in reps?? She'll be like "10, 9, 8, 7... You're doing amazing, keep up the good work, etc etc" while still doing reps the whole time, then picks up the counting back at *7, 6, 5* lol!

Love your work outs. I took ballet as a child. I am now 57 and so glad these exercises have become popular. It’s a wonderful way to stay toned.

Did this video after one of your full body works out my arms were shaking bad. Maybe tomorrow I will do it in afternoon or before work. 🤔

What are you referring to?
You lose track of where you left off when you count.
Next time, keep better track of your repetitions because the counts are off.
