    Thank you for this! Due to online school I spend around 8 hours sitting on my desk, which is really exhausting. Definitely will be doing these exercises throughout the day!!

    My job was very active before I got a more desk type position. The sitting has just killed my neck & shoulders. Definitely some moves that aren't commonly recommend. Thank you for the variety!

    i’m so happy i found you on instagram and that you posted swipe up link to this video yesterday!! i’m helping my brother and i’m about to spend a couple hours in front of the computer, transfering data ❤️ i squeezed in a little workout in the morning but i’m so excited to try those stretches in a couple of hours!

    A colleague recommended these desk stretches, and at the end you also metion future exercices for trunk, leg and standing desk. But can't find these :-( Please let me know where I could find them :-))

    Thank you so much for this! This will help me so much. Even if i’m still in school, sometimes it gets hard not to fall asleep, not gonna lie. But I’m not sure how my classmates are going to react 🤣
    Plus, I have a pretty bad posture so I’m sure it will definitely be useful 💪

    Sent to all my desk-bound buddies! Any chance of a kettlebell routine/exercises that utilise kettlebells sometimes in the future? I've recently gotten back into using weights after another round of lumbar surgeries and really want to intro more kettlebell stuff into my routine!

    Thank you Dr. LA for this! I have a question/request (if you ever read this haha) but can you show us how to utilise dumbbells for a short 10min workout? I have a pair of 3kg dumbbells and I’m not sure how to use them properly, usually when I do it I’m not sure whether I’m doing them correctly and end up overstretching my muscles. 😅

    HI there. Thanks so much for the vdieo! Is it possible for you to edit it so it does only include the times of stretching (so it becomes a 100% follow along video)?
    I would love to have it ready and play it and simply follow the stretches. I would do this every day as it would be truly useful to click play, stretch and be done with it!! As the video is now, I waste some seconds listening to the intro and the description of the stretch.
    I do not want to be rude asking you to delete all those kind explanations you give for each one, I am just suggesting an additional video that would be more practical for many (and that will likely be played many more times).
