Hi Michelle. I have been suffering from neck stiffness and slight pain since a couple of months and now experiencing tinnitus. Could you please suggest some stretches to feel better.
Thank you I have been struggling from neck pain and discomfort from the past few days. This relieved me of the pain and discomfort. Again thanks a lot.
Lady you are good for months I can't turn around my head without pain. I followed your video once and I got relief. I will do the stretching every night before I go to sleep. Thank you.
My neck and shoulders are sore 100% of the time due to fibromyalgia. I live with constant pain everywhere so any help is much appreciated. Thanks so much Michelle.
Mam, I'm suffering from cervical sondylosois, diagnosed 3 days back by an ortho-surgeon, who also advised me some neck exercises more or less similer to yours. But unfortunately, being an old man, I forgot many of them. However, by doing your manuwers only once, I feel them quite helpful in my condition. Thanks to Allah almighty, as well as to you. Best wishes 🎉❤ to you.
This is amazing I’ve had a bad neck for over 2 years and even tho this won’t fix it it does seem to free it it up and give me some relief great video !!!
It still surprises me every time I execute simple exercises like this routine you have provided here Michelle, just how effective they are! Thank you for the video. :) And greetings from Ireland!
@Approxguant Thank you for such kind words! 🙏 I'm so happy the video has been helpful to you. Wishing you all the best on your continued journey to relief!❤
This is awesome Michelle, I have been having pains at the back of my neck and at times it felt like my the pain was coming from chest and shoulders but after this routine; There is instant relief. Thanks a bunch
hello Michelle, you're a saviour for this! it really helped me, thank you so much for this routine and such a great step-by-step guidance. I was having neck and shoulder pain for the past few days and nothing was helping, even lying down. but this really did work like magic!
@Sayantoni Banerjee you're most welcome! Thank you for your lovely feedback. I'm really so glad that I've been able to help and I really do appreciate you taking the time to let me know, I'm most grateful indeed Sayantoni. Wishing you all the best for your future health and happiness.🙏 💖
Perfect! Thanks so much for the explanation! I have used so many of your stretches after spending time looking for solutions for back and neck pain that don't require me to get on the floor. Yours are simple, effective, easy to understand and I can do them at my desk. Thank you for pain free days!!
The stretch where you keep one arm under the chair and use the other to guide your nose down to the middle of your thigh changed my life.. my right shoulder blade was in so much pain and I feel a surge of relief!!
Thank you so much...after having the neck pain while studying for almost one month,I couldn't find any solution to it... But after doing these exercises for just 4 days helped me relieve it almost completely
Thanks Michelle mam❤ I suffering this pain since last 2 weeks horribly, This exersixe give me immediately calm to my neck, i will continue this exercise, Thank you very much 😊
My neck has been feeling so tight and uncomfortable... I have the worst computer posture. While doing the exercises and stretches, my neck was cracking like I was popping popcorn! I am glad I came across your video, I already feel better after watching this once, I am going to try to do it 2-3 times daily and be more aware of my posture. Thank you!
@Super Renter My pleasure! Thank you for sharing your experience! I'm glad to hear that the exercises and stretches in the video have provided you with some relief for your neck pain. It's not uncommon for the neck to crack or make popping sounds during movements, and as long as it's not accompanied by pain, it's generally considered normal. Remember to maintain good posture and incorporate regular breaks and stretches throughout your day to prevent further discomfort. Keep up the great work in taking care of your neck!🙏
These stretches are amazing! Thank you so much. I've been experiencing a great deal of tension in my neck and upper back lately. I am subscribing and bookmarking this page so that I can do this daily at my desk.
@breindyweisz35 you're welcome! Thank you so much! I'm glad to know that you found the stretches helpful. Keep up the good work and take care of yourself! 🙏 💖
Thank you I suffer from scoliosis and I have to do back exercises everyday, nevertheless, in the middle of work there are days that my neck hurts a lot, this helped me to relax 🙏

@Marcy Drake Yay! Thank you! Thanks so much for taking the time to comment. I'm always keen to hear from you and any suggestions you may have for content you'd like to see Marcy 🙏💕
These were really effective. Now I need to buy a microphone stand to hold my smartphone at eye level. So I can watch these vids while doing the stretch’s.
Hey Michelle...not sure if you will see this, but I have been doing this kind of slouch forward/pull head towards chest stretch for the back of my neck and upper back for years and something really odd happens when I do that I thought you may find interesting or be able to explain. So, I most often just do it at my desk when I'm seated where I grab the crown of my head with both hands and pull both forward and down at the same time...my chin touches my chest and I continue to pull, but it's more just the weight of my arms bringing my forehead further down towards my mid-line. I also sort of have a slouched posture with my back so my spine is curved outward - I'm very into Olympic weightlifting so my posterior chain is very developed and essentially always tight. Also, I'm 6'5" tall and about 265lbs solid with 105/65'ish blood pressure. Additionally, during routine physicals throughout my life, doctors have always commented on the fact that my abdominal aorta is legitimately huge...my heartbeat is totally visible in my upper abdomen when I'm laying down. ANYWAYS, a few seconds into this stretch, I start to feel very intense heat in my solar plexus area/chest/upper back....not just warmth, but within about 10-15 seconds, my entire upper body is on fire...but inside. It's definitely not uncomfortable..in fact It feels amazing, but the heat is always what causes my to stop the stretch as it radiates into my belly. It's really difficult to explain exactly how hot it feels, but I guess it's similar to how a hot tub that's a bit too hot feels on the skin. Also, when I stop the stretch completely, and resume my regular sitting posture/position, I get a pretty substantial rush of euphoria that lasts roughly 10-20 seconds...I feel a bit happier than my baseline for an additional ten minutes or so. I know this kind of stretch would allow the posterior portion of the vertebrae to "lift off" each other and ostensibly increase blood-flow in that general area...and obviously the euphoria is just an influx of oxygen to the brain, because this feels somewhat similar to the Wim Hof style breathing exercises I do. I should also note that I did this stretch when I was a skinny young man in college so I don't think it's because of being overly tight from training...it felt the same when I didn't train at all. Sorry, that was a more thorough an explanation than I initially intended here, but I felt maybe more context wouldn't hurt. I guess my question is just have you heard of this kind of thing happening with this kind of stretch? I've had several friends and training partners try this stretch, but none of them have felt any kind of a heat sensation in their upper body while doing it. Appreciate any insights you have about this tremendously.
Hi Isan thanks for your comment and question about this unusual sensation. No I haven't heard this specifically reported before by patients or anywhere else. I wonder if this stretch somehow has an effect on your nervous system. The slumped forward sitting stretch with chin tucked to chest is a neural stretch that tests the mobility of neural structures in the spinal canal and exit/entry points of the nerves through the vertebrae to the spinal cord see here ruclips.net/video/8Qknf8yyMFQ/видео.html Purely speculation but the response sounds neural, maybe someone else reading this may have experienced a similar sensation or may be able to enlighten us both. I hope this may give you some insight.
I hv been suffering from neck pain from last two days but aftr doing this exercise i got relief immediately... Thanks ma'am.

Superb
How many times in day I should do this exercise?
Karan as often as feels comfortable for you - if you work at a desk, perhaps every few hours to take a short break
