Glad I found your channel I have Dyslexicer so hope you understand haha... Ive had a pain for years now in my left shoulder.. Its like say if I lift a bar with both hands and lift or curl it I feel my right biceps 💪 muscle but in the left the muscle seems to go to my left shoulder not the bicep my left shoulder is so strong but left arm is week but OK on other arm pain full no idea what it is even doctors don't no any idea please

Fantastic set of stretches, Michelle! It really helped lessen the soreness in my neck and shoulders after sleeping in an odd position! I must have done something wrong in the exercise starting at 2:40, though. I didn't really feel anything, until I started stretching my arm out _far_ past what you show 😕

Tripped over a gazebo guy rope & was left with all the symptoms of a rotator cuff tear. After 4 sessions of physio slight relief. Turns out that neck was twisted in fall and appears to be at the root of everything. Your procedures are really working for a crippling injury already going into it's 3rd month. Hope to be pain free soon. Thank you

I had neck & shoulder rotator cuff tendinitis pain all night I couldn’t sleep . So I tried these exercises the next day & finally got some relief. I felt so much better Thank you so much for this video.

Could you direct me to a video you may have done that addresses rotator problems more specifically? I am so glad to have found your channel; I can not tolerate NSAIDS so my medicine is exercise. I used to get a very stiff neck any week followed by a high stress event... or roughly like every 6-8 wks. I do these exercises a few times a week now and I feel sooooooo much better! and at 39 wks pregnant! (I do the last part at the wall so I dont lay directly on my back)

How often can you do this exercise? Once, twice or three times daily or only a few times a week? I gained more arm flexibility after 10 days but still achy shoulder sleeping and stiffness. Issued caused by decades of driving, stress and recent overuse of right arm extending weed trimming caused nerve and neck issues. Any other exercise suggestions? Thank you!
@Francis Vogel you can do these exercises as often as you like to do them. If you're working on a computer or driving it's ideal to take a break every hour as muscle tension can develop quickly. The break might include some of these stretches. It's also helpful to do these types of stretches when the muscles are warm for example after a warm shower or a 5 minute walk. Anti-inflammatory creams applied to the skin can also be helpful dealing with muscle strain - usually applied 4 times daily. I hope this helps! 🙏 ❤️
