I am sedentary most of the time and these stretches helped. I do not want to start any fast sudden movement but I want to keep my circulation going and this was a great start. Wishing for you and your family's health. :)
I have been so inactive during this quarantine and actually for the past few months. I've actually developed knee pain from being sedentary..... So finding your instagram page and now your youtube channel has inspired me to get moving again! 10 minute stretches like these are so much less intimidating than full-on work out videos - but I'm excited to try those next! You're amazing!
This is my first workout post covid/ bronchitis and man, it had me breathing hard and super grateful for the slow burpees. I really enjoy that you’re a physical therapist and focus on the movements rather than numbers. I will be doing more of your videos while I work to get normal lung capacity back!

I am following your this video since the time I was covid positive and quarantined, I lost all my positivity when i was positive, and this stretching video helped me lot to feel better. And I continue to feel better as I am still following it. Its a habit now. The day I dont do stretches, i feel bad. Thanks for this video.
Nice video, nice guys always remember to activate your bodies before any workout with some light stretching then we're ready to roll with the workout, your body functions better when it's activated. I Always start my tutorials and classes in gyms with a pre-warm up, from 1st gear up to 5th always.
Love this!!!! I love how you just show, explain and then act it makes it easier to just jump in and make mistakes and just jump back because I haven't done many routine workouts/stretches. Made me want to try again even when I fall down !! Love the walkthrough and upbeat low enough music to hear you speak!

This has quickly become my favorite stretch/warmup. I do it often before a workout if I've been sedentary too long and need a little extra, and sometimes first thing in the morning instead of my usual 10 min yoga. I hope you're able to make more of these to switch it up once in a while. thank you!
I’d like more full body strength workouts please. I love your pace and style, and want to have a selection of your videos for full body that I can rotate through.
I absolutely love it. It's always my cool down after a workout. Therefore the "jumping jack" is replaced by the softer option. Breezing is for me very good throughout those exercises, too. It's my getting ready for the evening at home, after a day of working mentally, tenaciously in the office. In your presentation, I love very much the timer on the right top and the forecast for the next exercise on the left top. Thank you for the beautiful video.

Honestly, out of all of the fitness, strengthening, posture, etc. social media accounts out there, I am beyond grateful to have found yours. After playing club soccer and track for 15 years, I had to have 2 knee surgeries (all too familiar for you haha). It was really hard and depressing seeing how much I had lost, and it demotivated me to become active again. I realized that I had to see it the other way around: I was not going to be how I was, but I can make a comeback for ME. And the next day, I found your page. You helped me, and continue to help me, every day to be active and healthy. I found "me" again. And I don't even know you!! You make sports and workouts seem more manageable and you take out the fear of taking that first step. You explain things and teach in a way that makes me feel safe knowing I won't injure something. I've been meaning to be more active and exercise more for a long time, even more so during the pandemic, but it's hard to find good workouts that fit living in a small apartment without any exercise equipment. I did this workout this morning (with the easier jumping jacks because I live in a second floor apartment and I don't want my downstairs neighbor complaining about me) and not only did I feel good after doing it, I had a craving for water and protein when I was done. My usual breakfast is coffee and pop tarts, which I know isn't good for me (especially because I have ADHD and protein is better for my brain than just carbs and sugar), but this morning I'm having peanut butter on toast and alternating coffee and water. Thanks for posting a workout that's short enough for me to do and still log into work on time, easy enough to do in my apartment, and still got my breathing and heart rate up, which will make my doctor happy the next time I see her. :)

I did squats after almost 4 months of not working out and my thighs hurt so i did just this today in order to keep my body moving (taking it slow and working up to everything else) and i feel so so good! I had an injury back in 2015, and after watching most of your videos I dared myself to be active again. I was surprised my R knee didn't give out and it presented no pain during any of the exercises. Also receiving NMT at school helped decrease the pain. I really enjoyed these stretches, I forgot how great it feels =)
I have been doing this a few times and it feels so good!!! I am now combining this with the 10 minute full body dumbell workout you have on your channel. It's the best.

I have never done a workout, but last Monday my class and I got an email from our gym teacher. He emailed us a link to a video on Facebook, but when I started watching it I knew that it wasn't my level. Then I remembered that you do Instagram lives and then I thought let's go on youtube and I saw that you did some beginner video's and I thought let's try it. After your workout, my legs felt like pudding. When I woke up yesterday, I had muscle ache in my thighs, so I guess it worked. It would be great if you could do a video or post something on Instagram with some healthy recipes! Thanks LA!!

I’ve been eating overnight oats a lot and strawberry’s and carrots and chicken too I hope that helps at least a little
