    I really like these workout routines but I feel that time boxed excercise circuits are better for follow along formats. I think I'm decently fit but keeping pace wrt reps on my first follow along was difficult. So maybe ad some buffer for rep completions for first timers/beginners. Fan of the content - really straightforward routines for both strength and mobility🔥🔥🔥🔥

      Thanks for feedback, really useful. 2nd time through should be a smoother follow on this one. Will be doing a few more mobility follow alongs over next couple of months. Always good ones to film when I’m feeling goosed!

    Hi man, I had liked it, if you'd explain the exercise before starting it. Watching it as a first timer i missed out have of the reps, while i was trying to understand the movement. Cheers

    So I play basketball 2/3 times a week. Should I do this routine multiple times daily like in the morning when I wake up and then again before some exercise/weight lifting or is once in the morning enough? I assumed doing to before any intense cardio is ideal?

    • @TomPetoTraining
      @TomPetoTraining  Месяц назад

      Doing it 3x a week is a good idea, could be done on its own or use it as a warm up for a workout / run.

      @@TomPetoTraining hey thanks for the reply! Follow up question, I live a pretty sedentary lifestyle, I have a desk job 9 to 5 remote. But I do feel my ankles/foot and body in general is weak and stiff. Would you recommend doing this every morning? Would it open up my body even if I tend to sit down for most of the day?

    Really liked this - haven't done page turners before, really awesome stretch! My only problem with this routine is that I cannot do the frog squat - love the rest of it though so I guess frog squat is now my goal!

      @TomPetoTraining  Год назад +2

      Have you tried elevating your heels under some plates or books for the frog squat, it makes it a lot easier so give it a try if not 👌

    I’m not able to deep squat properly, is this one of those things that will take time and practice to develop good form?

    • @TomPetoTraining
      @TomPetoTraining  Год назад +1

      It definitely takes time and practice to squat deep with good form but often squat depth is dependent on mechanical factors such as femur length. My advice is try to improve your depth over time but don’t use someone else’s depth as a comparison for your aiming point. Full depth for you might look different 👍🏼
