I have been sick and stagnant on and off for the last month and this is the perfect way to get movement back into the body again. I find I am too critical on myself with yoga vids sometimes if i have limited movement/energy, just a personal mind trap, but this was perfect, thank you! 💛
Your voice and accent are very soothing as well as your smooth tempo. I go to be early and have been waking on my own early. Before I open my eyes, I do ten deep breaths. Not always easy as the mind wants to start. Then I think of things I am grateful for. I then take my time dressing and usually add lotion to the bottom of my feet and massage them. I am on my feet on a concrete floor all day. Now I will add these wake up stretches. What a lovely way to start the day. Oh, and I am sipping warm water. Now for my one cup of coffee. Thank you!

I've been struggling with an injury in my left leg. I do very slow and short exercises. this is a wonderful combination and I already feel a relief cuz it hits me in the mornings. thank you. ill keep doing it
Just did this for the first time and shoulders feel so much better. Have not been able to keep up with my weekly yoga routines as I've had some chronic illness flareups and fatigue has been plaguing me for months. It's easier to do this short routine when I can't commit to my regular 60 min yoga classes yet but still want to keep active for when I can. Thank you.
My first time! I haven't been moving or stretching for almost 2 weeks and felt tension building in my body but little motivation to move - my mood was affected poorly. Woke up today just seeking 10minutes of SOME movement and this was perfect, I heard my body creak and stretch but I'm so thankful. Your voice is encouraging and calming too and it really helped me

This does not subscribe to any form of Yoga i have trained in, but it takes the best bits out of it and gives it a steady consistent sensual flow that makes it more enjoyable and easy to remember to repeat again. Your humble yer affirmative narrative is also most pleasant to listen to, with no unwanted comments or promises that often surfaces in such videos. Did this routine yesterday for first time. I’m 61 and fit strong and slim but get a lot of muscle stiffness especially on waking. Immediately found the down dogs released my lower back. I modified some of the poses and did this again this morning. Thank you. 10 minutes is about right to get body going before going down to breakfast! I have subscribed 🙏🏻
