When I first ran into this video I was very skeptical. The guy looks like just another yoga guru but once I saw some of his routines I have so much respect for him now. Some of these moves are ridiculously hard. I’m sold on this now and am determined to conquer these routines even though I’m 56 years old. Never too old to stay fit
I have had this practice/class in my morning short class list for a year and this morning was the perfect time to take it. I have a cold with very little energy, just activating gently my body made me feel better as well as breath better. Ready for my meditation now… with Bre. Both of you are part of my life. Im doing these practices around 2-3 times a week, even when I dont have the time since im seating on a chair most of my day but everytime I finish even one of the shorter practices I feel so much gratitude and appreciation for all of these videos. I started doing yoga not so long ago and this channel is my yoga journey. Due to emotional unstability I usually consume drugs at night before sleeping, and it affects my mornings. I just did this and felt so refreshed. I really like your approach to Yoga, very deep and comfortable at the same time. Thank you for putting this up ! Have you got a flow that progresses into Pidgeon pose? My body craves a deep release at the hips and pelvic floor area.
This video is amazing. I’m just getting into yoga as part of a routine to be healthier. How long have you been practicing? I found the hardest part for me was squatting with my feet flat on the floor. I can not do this yet . Thank you very much for posting this video , it really helps.

Just got back from a long cycle when I saw this. A nice way to undo my bicycle pose shape. 😂 Added on some wrist and forearm stretches during the thigh stretch (my body just refuses to cooperate for that pose). I did like how you incorporated hip mobility in this video. Thank you once again for another quality video.
Good one for waking up the body in the morning . I really like these slow movements with amazing impact . 👍 . I want some good video with resistance band to keep up the muscle mass good n lose fats only while working out to lose fats.

My guy got his bjj brown belt. He can fold into a pretzel with you in it. Flow is a beast. Hehe stay safe!
