    i really like those kind of intensive tabatas where you can just sweat and feel so refreshed aftrrwards, also i like when its only 20 sec because when when i dont like that excercise i can push myself to do it 🙌💪

    Thank you so much for this challenge Anna! I just finished it and it was in.tense!
    I love how you made a tabata workout as intense as the others! You were able to make 20 seconds feel like they were 30 or 40 seconds long 😅 and that's were the challenge enters, because even though you see that there's only 5-10 seconds remaining, it feels there's still more 20 seconds left and you have to fight yourself and push through!
    I feel amazing and strong (which is not that common...) And I just want to thank you for that!
    I'm so proud and thankfull for you Anna 💛 from the bottom of my heart, thank you! 💛

    Girl, that was a fun and sweaty sesh. The Tabata intervall makes it so much fun, but like always you've chosen all the burning exercises, so that this workout is still very effectiv. These bear hold exercises were a real killer. Loved it!!!!🥰🥰🥰

    Wow! this one was hard! I was able to do most of the moves except that bear hold- so difficult for me to do those leg lifts and donkey kicks in a bear hold but I will work on it! Was proud of myself for doing all the jumping in this workout and I only took 2 extra 10 sec breaks the whole time so not bad. Thank you for another killer one Anna!!

    Killer workout! I am sweating so much! 😂 Next time I will warm up a bit on my own because starting out with you early in the morning straight out of bed was a little much for my body. I need to ease into it a bit. ❤
