    I'm SO surprised! It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be! I've made great strides in my leg muscles! Now, after many leg workouts with you, you can even see real leg muscles through my pants (and I've been training my legs for years). But with you only half a year! That was definitely the best idea haha. Thanks to my friend who recommended you. I'm so proud hehe. Love you Anna you are the BEST

    Wow, I really love those low impact, but high intense strength workouts so much. With exercises that looks so simple, you really make those muscles work. After the glute activation my booty was already on fire, but when we started side plank leg lifts I thought my legs were made of stone. So heavy 😂😂😂 I know tmr I won't be able to sit down, but it's totally worth it. Anna, that was amazing. I want more of that. 🙏🙏🙏

    Awesome, Anna! Recovering from Covid and this was a lovely way to get moving, feel a little sore, but not push myself too far with the cardio:) Grateful for you!

    i got my knee hurts from my overdo those intense Hiit workout, while i wait for my recovery this is the one i've been doing for week. it's really knee friendly but still burn my thigh real hard! love it! Thanks Anna :)

    Love this, I appreciate how her workouts and her vibe is health and strength. I pretty much am afraid of most of the influencers out there who look so made up and fake. If they need a bunch of plastic surgery and makeup to feel good that’s not the lifestyle I’m looking for. Anna’s videos make me feel happy to be me, taking care of my body and having fun. Thanks so much Anna!

    i did this as a midnight workout bc i couldn't get me throughout the day to do it, and i think it was the perfect level of intensity right before going to bed. i can go to sleep now feeling much more powerful and motivated to start the next day in a good mood.

    Leg days are my favorites, always an overcoming but then enthusiasm. Your workout is an example for - you don't need a gym. Obviously no expensive sports equipment either - a chair or table is enough to produce the necessary strain on your muscles 💪. Thank you Anna for the beautiful visualization of this context 💓

    Had to modify this workout a little as I've got a slight hamstring pull but what a great Leg workout. Low key lots of Abs in this one in order to have proper form. Fantastic as always. Thank you Anna.

    Ooooh I wasn’t ready for this one but it was fab!! Walking up the stairs for a shower afterwards nearly killed me 😂 but I’d do it again for sure. Thanks for always introducing new exercises …. With a neuromuscular disease I’m always testing my body to see what things I can do and what things I need to adapt…. I’ve never been so strong 😘

    VERY NICE, bodyweight but strong strength training workout. Very knee friendly, but very intense. Good job :-) I was able to do this in my hotel and still feel i worked out as effectively as if i did a weighted workout at home :-) I appreciate it.

    I am not very hot after done it but my lower body is really on 🔥, i dont know why but this is faster than i thought at first (maybe the 1 hours workout yesterday is too long, so i have a feeling likes that). And of course thanks for this annax
