Wow, I really love those low impact, but high intense strength workouts so much. With exercises that looks so simple, you really make those muscles work. After the glute activation my booty was already on fire, but when we started side plank leg lifts I thought my legs were made of stone. So heavy 😂😂😂 I know tmr I won't be able to sit down, but it's totally worth it. Anna, that was amazing. I want more of that. 🙏🙏🙏

i got my knee hurts from my overdo those intense Hiit workout, while i wait for my recovery this is the one i've been doing for week. it's really knee friendly but still burn my thigh real hard! love it! Thanks Anna :)

If they need a bunch of plastic surgery and makeup to feel good that’s not the lifestyle I’m looking for. Anna’s videos make me feel happy to be me, taking care of my body and having fun. Leg days are my favorites, always an overcoming but then enthusiasm. Your workout is an example for - you don't need a gym. Obviously no expensive sports equipment either - a chair or table is enough to produce the necessary strain on your muscles 💪. Thank you Anna for the beautiful visualization of this context 💓

Ooooh I wasn’t ready for this one but it was fab!! Walking up the stairs for a shower afterwards nearly killed me 😂 but I’d do it again for sure. Thanks for always introducing new exercises …. With a neuromuscular disease I’m always testing my body to see what things I can do and what things I need to adapt…. I’ve never been so strong 😘

VERY NICE, bodyweight but strong strength training workout. Very knee friendly, but very intense. Good job :-) I was able to do this in my hotel and still feel i worked out as effectively as if i did a weighted workout at home :-) I appreciate it.
I am not very hot after done it but my lower body is really on 🔥, i dont know why but this is faster than i thought at first (maybe the 1 hours workout yesterday is too long, so i have a feeling likes that). And of course thanks for this annax
