    Did I go on my knees for a majority of the push-ups? Yes. Did I have to go super slow on some exercises to not hurt myself? Yes. But did I complete the workout? Hell yes! ⭐️💖

    Hi Anna! Thanks for the great videos! I’m a 36 year old woman who runs! I decided I wanted to get stronger in my arms and add some definition and sculpting, your workouts really made me start to love weight training! This combined with marathon training has been the best!

    Hi Anna, encouraged to see that you added longer breaks in between sets. The 10 sec works with HIIT but was challenging with weights. That 5sec makes a difference. I haven't done a weighted workout with you in a while but I'm excited for this. Appreciate the flexibility and the great work you do to give this to us for free.

    Love your workouts and the energy you bring! However, I’ve noticed lower back pain after doing your weighted workouts twice. I’m pretty confident it’s not due to lifting too heavy (I always stay within my limits). I’d really appreciate any tips or exercises you recommend to strengthen the lower back or improve form. I love working out with weights and don’t want to give it up! Thanks for all the great content!❤

    Who also loves the recent weights-controlled series workouts? 🤩🙋‍♀It's perfect to slow down but crank up the intensity and to refocus on the inner side with mind-muscle connection at the time when it's getting cooler and darker.
