6month ago.. first I couldn’t do this 💦it was too hard for me. But I was trying every day and ….I did it !!! I can do this video work every morning. I lost 20kg. I’m 52yrs. Thank you for giving me the strength 💪never give up ♡

Is this enough for epoc? I have been doing 14 sets of 30/100 on my bike 3 times a week and recently learned about tabata. If I do this tabata for 4 minutes is that an adequate replacement for the 14 sets on my bike? Can I ride my bike on high tension moderate intensity on same day or alternate?
How many times do yoh have to do it? 2 rounds?
I LOVE the "Up Next" window...super helpful! I'm just getting into some of these and I hate getting surprised by the next exercise where you have to get on the ground and you don't know what it is. You need to pause...then rewind...it defeats the purpose! So thank you for this!

Gets the metabolism going. I did some research, short high intensity workouts floods the metabolism rates. Metabolism is the key to weight loss.
I did a project. I played 4 mins of the hardest beat saber levels I could find including the rediculous Undertale one. My arms started to show muscle a week later.
The thing that gets me excited is that I have been struggling with flabby looks since I was ten. I think think is the one that might work 😁😁😁😁😁😁
Edit. Obviously beat saber will not help with the whole body but definitely did something to the arms

I LOVE this workout! I was wrecked in 4 minutes but it still have me the energy to complete another less intense workout. Also, you can definitely feel when you're in your anerobic zone and I'm looking forward to see how I improve over time!
Omg! I am panting like a dog! Felt great! Gonna start 1 round and once I am more comfortable, will repeat another round, hopefully soon enough. I am 52 and been doing low impact hiit exercises so decided to try this…. WOW! Thank you so much.

Then was intense. Have my heart pumping more than the 30mins sets I usually do. Could extend with a 1 minutes break and repeat this set. It is so good.
It's tabata... the work and rest time ratio specifically promote VO2 max increases, basically you're training to more efficiently use the oxygen in your blood
Altering the times will affect that effect
Annas not releasing any teen friendly workout which is less tim econsuming with hight intensity cardio workouts but then i found this. This is prefection. Perfectly intense with perfect timings. Thank you anna!

This is so great, I do it on those days where i really dont feel like working out.. Less than 5 minuttes is alot easiere to convince my brain to go for haha. And then im already sweaty so might as well do my full workout after. Love it :D

Talk about a quick workout before bed. Man I’m exhausted, I was looking for a quick intense workout and I found it. I don’t have a lot of time before bed to work out and 10 minute workouts just creep to my bedtime. So I’m glad I found this ❤

I do Pilates (with my angel Mary Windor) but recently wanted to incorporated some other moves (planks, push up and squats) but in little concentrated routines. So this one was the perfect plus, now I am feeling soooo much energetic. Thank you, you are amazing.

Used to do hiit all the time. Now 6 months postpartum and 16 weeks out from complete ACL reconstruction slowly trying to get back into shape and was able to do most of it, just slower on anything lateral -- keep at it yall - good sweet little burn! Thanks!
