    Not everyone knows how to warm up for exercise. It is very important to mention it before they do your 5 minutes burning routine.

      So true, I stretch like a mad person in the morning, my whole body, when we work out, we break in between to catch our breath, 5-6 seconds then right back

    Day : 1☑️ im sweating like a pig and I know this definetely is working👍🏻
    Day : 2☑️ I feel so good after the workout
    Day : 3 ☑️ It is so tireing today🥵
    Day : 4 I skipped bcoz I was not well
    Day : 5 ☑️ i don't feel as tired as the initial days
    Day : 6 ☑️ not so tired , but my body aches
    Day : 7 ☑️ so tired and out of breath
    I had to skip three days bcoz I was tired of low pressure im prone to dizziness cause im anaemic...hoping to continue the routine soon:)

      Just some advice on the keto experiment. It takes up to 2 weeks for the body to enter ketosis, and it's first then that your body is fat adapted and starts burning fat for fuel. So please consider extending it, I did a 30 day trial 2 years ago and never quit. :) Either way! Good luck, you've got this!

      Ok day 3 guys I did really good blasted threw the whole workout on first and second day i couldnt keep up but now im in rythem just like to add when I feel tied and dead and about to give up you say "You can do this" just brings my moral up I lost 3lbs in 5 days I'm also doing OMAD and low carb cycling as I think keto is a challenge will update again next Saturday good luck all of you x

    Seeing them a bit tired at the end makes me feel better. I am here flat on the ground sweating buckets at the end of this “short” routine. Damn! It was so hard to keep up

    I spoke to an 80 plus year man who still does triathlons etc. He said his secret is doing at least 2 minutes of hit a day for heart strength. I will add this to my daily routine. Thanks from Australia 😁👍

    Soo... Uni is online again, I wanna loose some fat.. Might as well try this out lol. I wanna get down like 4 kg in the next 4 to 6 weeks :)
    Day 1: it didn't feel that long, but holy carp, I hated every single second of it lol. Im so uncoordinated and I'm just going to relax with some yoga :D

      You can go for 4 times a day if you can and do rest for a minute or two if you need between each 5minute 💪

    It doesn’t take equipment to lose weight- GET UP & MOVE!! I did it by walking and I still do - went from 240 lbs to 140 .
