@@nonuverma5204 yes I'm still doing it, my weight is now a good 85kg With a waistline of 34ish..the exercise isn't just going to keep the weight down, calories need to be checked too. My sugar intake is NIL for almost a year now.

I think *NO exercise* , including walking or jogging, should be done with the mask ON ❎ *NEED OXYGEN ALL THE MORE while exercising* and wearing a mask during exercise is dangerous 😟
I do dance classes with masks on now, as well as cardio and strength training... its hard but I'm hoping it'll make us all eve fitter by the end of it...

We would recommend you to go for 4 sets of any workout of ours with full intensity and do take a rest of 2-3 mins in between every sets. Thank you 🙏
