I tried this 3 weeks ago after about 3-4 years of not exercising. I was able to complete 17 minutes and was sore for a week. I got a little further last week. And today I was able to do the whole thing with very little modification! It feels really good.
I'd love to see Erica do this format for arms, abs, and total body! I liked how it targeted multiple muscle groups repeatedly, but didn't feel impossible.
Erica's approach to these exercises is commendable for its focus on precision and technique. Totally not sure I’m doing all the exercises properly. But I really loved this. I often don’t feel like working out and dread it because I fee so tired. But when I do them, I actually feel so good!

First time doing your workouts, Erica. I appreciate how easy it was to hear your voice. That on top of loving the format and intensity with modifying options available. I added bands for many of these squats and leg raises as well as bridges.
