I haven’t worked out in over a year and I feel like cardio highlights my lack of control over my body, so I avoid it because it doesn’t make me feel good. This workout gave me a little cardio confidence back. I love how short it is too, and that it includes warmup and cooldown!

I'm starting to find out that I really enjoy FB physical therapists approaches to excersing. They combine and bring important aspects of physical training. First, they usually pick excercises that are safe for your back, knees and overall posture. Second, this excercises look simple but require atention to a lot of factors: several group muscles, equilibrium, coordination, independence. I havent been training for 2 weeks, I choose this one because it would take me 20 minutes, wich is the time that I had. I reactivated my entire body and heart. I feel great, but not swored or exhausted. Nice and sweet workout come back after my holidays. Whenever economic situation in Argentina gets better (ouch), I would invest my money on my FB suscription. Meanwhile, free FB workouts complement very well my overall health habits.

I like this workout it moderate for me, when I'm lazy this 20 min encourage me to workout and the sweat after give me a nice feeling, when I cut exercise for weeks this workout help me get back because it not long not too intense but at the end of it I'm at my limit and I can change the intensity with weight or without weight.

I've been starting walking (after my injury) for about 2 weeks now, and I'm thinking of trying a workout video to see if I'm there yet. To see if I can put weight on my injured leg. We'll see! Thank you for the video!😊

Me either i have some injuries hip bursitis and shoulder tendinites and i had dislocated my pattela last year
@vivianeraw8448 I was born with hemiplegia. Because of that, I don't have balance and slipped and fell and sprained my ankle. Couldn't walk for almost 2 months. It's been 2 weeks since I started walking little by little!😊
