This was my first full blown upper body workout in 2 years. I'm still recovering from a bad case of DDD (degenerative disc disease) where I still get shooting pains in my right hip and leg numbness so I'm starting from scratch, rebuilding my strength and WHOA! This familiar feeling was awesome and kicked my butt. Thanks FB!

Great workout! I started with 15lb db and had to go down to 8lbs haha! That was tough but it felt really good. This is my first workout after taking last week off. I will call it a good start.
This was a great w/o .. I loved that it was different than a “traditional” w/o where only full range of motion exercises are utilized .. having the pulses challenged the upper body muscle groups in a different way. Thank you!
Love this workout , quick and efficient . I. usually alternate between advance steps and upper body strength every other day, so this is right down my alley. Thanks and looking forward to the next one.

This is my second time doing this and its such a great workout. Those pulses really make it deceivingly difficult lol. And it's nice to switch it up a lil bit from doing full reps all the time. Definitely throwing this one into my regular rotation! Love your chill energy and appreciate how you kept it real throughout the whole workout lol, it's so much easier to go through the torture when I can see you're working hard too! That's why I love FB so much and it's so cool to see newer trainers on here keeping the same vibe!
