    40 dakikalık ABS ve Popo yaparmisin lütfen ikisi bir arada ve ayakta.senin videolarında bir haftada 3 kilo verdim.Ayakta olanlar ile tabi.hepsi 40 dakikanın üzerindeydi.hergun yaptım.senin stilin çok zorlamadan çok güzel terletiyor ve vücudumun her yerinin çalıştığını hissediyorum.tam bana göre. çok teşekkür ederim 😘❤️🥰

    I love how beginner friendly your workouts are! Most ab workout videos I see are very intense and has jumps and plank variations, which I dislike as someone who does not yet have a strong core. Thank you for this video ❤

    After the first day too much pain in abs means it's so much effectively done. After 1 day the gap also feels a lot burnt in abs

    Hello from Greece Mizi! I follow your programs and I have already strengthened arms and legs throughout 2,5 months. Now I need to strengthen my abs but I find it impossible to follow the lying down on the floor exercises because I can't focus on abs and have terrible pains in neck. What can I do to manage focussing on my abs?

    this ab workout is amazing! in just one day I already saw the result! I mean some ab lines are already visible and my stomach became more flat after I did it for 3x 😍

    You could follow natural diets. That means papaya.banana .milk . curd. Paneer.soya and others too.

      so I think you have to get consult with doctor about it first.
      It's okay to do any exercise or not.

      복근 만들려면 체지방 먼저 뺴주는 것이 좋아요. 체지방 버닝제도 총 지방량 빼주는데 큰 도움 되구요. 쉽게 빠져요 같이 병행하면요. 피티 화이팅입니다!

      Hi, Mansi💖 It's totally okay because this kind of strengthening exercise give overload muscle fiber to get more muscle.
      So actually you don't need to worry.
      But if this workout is too hard for you,
