    I love how she goes straight into the workout instead of talking about her recent life, asking to click like/subscribe, or taking so much time explaining why you have to work out.
    Like just upload a vlog to talk about your life. We all came here to work out because we know why we have to work out and whether we click like/subscribe depends on the quality of your video not because you tell us to do so. So many fitness youtubers out there wasting my time talking halfway through the video when all I want to do is workout.
    This is why I like Mizi's channel.

    20231214 다른 루틴 끝내고 아쉬워서 10분만 더해야지 시작했다가 초죽음 되었어요 첫동작으로 기본플랭크하고 이미 탈진.. 그다음부터는 무릎거의 대고 했어요^^::
