- 1 Year ago I created a 12-Day Beginner Band Training Mini-Course to help people brand new to RBT get started successfully.
Looking back, I should have created this course several years ago. However I have learned so much over the past 5 to 7 years about the best exercises how to best coach those exercises thanks to 100's of live training sessions.
Being totally transparent, I am glad I waited because after having over 100 people take the mini-course this past year and see their success, I know I got it right.
Here is a example of a 12-Day Beginner Band Mini-Course Coaching Workout. The two previous days taught the exercises that I use in this workout. This 2 Days of exercise instruction followed by 1 day of workout instructions using those exercises followed by a catch up day has been the perfect formula for RBT Success.
