- Join me for a 10 minute BARRE(LESS) ARMS AND LEGS WORKOUT to sculpt your upper and lower body. All you need is a light set weights from 3-5lb and a bit of space! Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. We will be on our feet the whole time with zero floor work. So let's get to it! 💞 xox Mik
