- ROTATION is the #1 plane of movement needed to increase longevity and specifically the quality associated with that longevity.
Here are 4 myths about training rotation:
1- Training rotation will lead to injury

Unsure why people are annoyed by a alack of demonstration, when the title and description tells us this is mainly an informative video. Keep it up with the vids, ty!

Training rotation is nice. Only thing that gets a bit tedious is hip rotation with the bands.
