    Hey Dave! Man I love your attitude! To be fair, thanks to your videos I'm enjoying so far, 1-month of resistance band workouts and I'm loving it sooo much! I got myself Red, Black and Violet bands but the last one I just use for squats so far.
    See for these 12 days workout plan - I know that you suggest the intervals times, however, as the videos are already released, could you maybe in description share how many sets of these exercises runs are you doing and what you reccomend as a starting point?
    Normally, I tend to push myself to the limits and do as many whole sets as possible (depending on the day, or what am I supposed to do after working out of course), but it would be nice to have your suggestions as a point of reference!

      Welcome to the Band Gym! Try four rounds, with one set of each exercise per round. One minute of rest between each round, for a 16 minute workout total. Go for AMQRAP : As Many Quality Reps As Possible, each set. I can get 12-20 quality reps in 45 seconds, depending on the exercise. I can fit in more Push Press than burpees for example.
      Four rounds, one set each per round. 45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest.
      Push Press
      Front Squat (try drop squats)
      Pull Apart
      Burpees with Dynamic stabilizer

      Alternate through all 4 exercises doing 30-seconds of workout/30-seconds. That is 1 Cycle. Rest 60-seconds and complete 5 total cycles
