  • 12 Day Band Gym Christmas Workout Challenge - Days 9 & 10
    Today's Workout is going to bring in ROTATION. Why do you want to train rotation??
    1 - First movement we lose as we age
    2 - It's the plane that allow us to generate power
    3 - Limited joint rotation is what leads to most aging injuries
    4 - Life is better when we can rotate freely and with good strength
    I set todays workout up to build strength through time under tension which means your work time is going to be longer than normal
    Flow through these 4 Exercises doing 60-seconds of work followed by 15-seconds of rest. Cycle through doing 5 total cycles.
    4 Exercise Are:
    1- Rotational Single Arm Rows Right
    2- Rotational Single Arm Rows Left
    3- Assisted Pushups with wide hands (scale band assistance as needed)
    4- Frog Jumps (eliminate the hop if needed)
