    I'm 52. I played football back in the Big Eight (that dates me). This is the best video I have seen concerning horizontal vectors and aging. Thanks....

    One of the finest videos I have seen regarding bodyweight training using resistance bands. I have bands at home and have neglected them for quite some time. Back to the bands Dave. Thank you.

    Love your stuff. 58 here, and you know, pushups just kill my shoulders, but decline presses dont. I would love to pushup again.
