I think this was the best back workout I’ve tried so far! REALLY felt it all. Plus I really appreciated the good mornings cause I have a crap lower back!
First time using one of your videos and I'd give it 10/10, it was perfect for somebody stuck at home with only bands. I really liked the no-nonsense approach and thought your choice of movements was spot on. You asked for feedback on the dead-rows; personally I had to modify so that I was rowing while at the bottom of the deadlift to get a useful amount of tension in both parts of the exercise, but perhaps that's just a product of using different types of bands.
Great advice and thanks. I need to put together my "road workout" for strength because I'm sick of hassling with getting day passes at gyms. I can just take the bands along and get most of what I need done. Thanks!
Hola Ramsey, estoy de acuerdo. Para la gente que le cuesta hacer ejercicio yo recomendaría empezar solo 1 vez por semana. Pero ejercicio de fuerza y de ahí ir construyendo el hábito a 2 y 3 veces.
Love the dead rows. Doing concentration curls this way hurt my hands - I know you said to try to avoid that but I don't know how. Anyway, great workout! Thanks for doing these videos! Edit: I went back and watched the concentration curls again carefully. I think I got it now.
Hey! I just started to get into taking care of me body and spent 3 months in Florida where I had access to a gym but now back home in Canada and got meself some resistance bands. I already subscribed to your videos and they’re really helpful. Only thing I have a hard time with is what weight resistance bands are you using for each exercise, just so I have an idea, and adjust to what I can do. Right now, I’m not sure how many pounds you’re using, and then I can adjust accordingly to what I’m capable of doing. Thanks.
I think I like the dead rows. I need more practice with them to get the right tension and starting the row motion in the part of the deadlift that feel right. Keep humming a couple bars of "can't touch this" at some point during very vid with hammer curls...it would not be the same without that 🙂
I was humming it after reading your comment!!! The dead rows are next level and for whatever reason create such a killer burn in the back. They are one of my new favorites. The movement does take a little getting used to with bands though.
the dead rows feels kinda weird, but it certainly looks like a killer excercise when done right. havent found that mind - muscle connection for that one yet the rest are awesome!
I use a pair of padded biking gloves for exercises where I need to choke up on the bands. Saves the heck out of my hands, and they seeeem to be okay on the bands...? :P
The whole workouts are good but the only thing I can comment is not to pressure on your knee cap whenever doing the single arm row. Put it on thigh but not on knee caps. Thanks
Half way through the 2nd set i finally got it. I see you doing in more fluids so tried. It got better. Ill have to revisit that. Are bands supposed to have the weight amount on? Mine don't. I know which one is heavy vs light.
As long as you know which band to use you're good to go. Some bands, like ours have the weight listed, the ones we used before we started making our own did not have the weight so we just went by color.
Not to toot my own horn, but the bands i have ar3 easy. At that point do i try to move to a bigger heavier one? I've been latching all 3 together for more risistence.

the dead rows are amazing, it’s a love hate relationship with the good mornings lol
This channel is fantastic when you can't get to the gym for whatever reason. I will be doing these when I'm in Costa Rica in Feb stars 🌟 🤩

Liked the overall workout! Feel the burn!🔥
Big fan of working out the lower back
First set of dead rows was like WTF but by the third I loved them. Great workout
Yes!!!! They destroy your back!
They don't affect my back at all maybe my back is either just incredibly strong or the bands are just weak
Great for a snowy Monday morning happy to try new things and stay active even in lockdown!
this is awesome, i have arthritis and some massive joint issues and this workout with hands helps a lot more , awesome!!
Loved the whole workout especially the Dead Lift and Good Mornings. Also, really like the Concentration Curls.Keep up the great work.

Great workout! Just what I needed today
Liked the inclusion of dead rows! Never tried that variation before so it was good to learn something new!
Dead rows are great I do them with barbells often but never thought about doing them with bands until recently!
Great way to jump start my mornings!!!
Fantastic! Simple! Subbed!

You know it’s a good work out when it goes fast
Love your video! Day 2
Loved this workout DJ! The dead rows are really cool and it was good to get some lower back work with the Good Mornings
Awesome thanks for this amazing workout 😍💪😊
That was intense. Do like the dead rows, but have to be careful with my back. Also found using a bar makes the grip easier.
Reminder to myself: week 3 💪
great workout that I definitely felt after I was done , awesome job dude!
Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet
Someone told me you should do three minutes of back work for every one minute of ab work, so I'm doing this the day after an ab video!
Thats not how it works 😅

What about targeting the lats?

Which resistance band brand do you use? I always used dumbbells but I am curious about resistance bands
Is it too little regeneration time if I make these exercises every day?
Leave a day to rest at the very least, even if you dont feel any sore muscles
This workout nearly put me in the hospital lol
Why not put the bands on both feet with the seated reverse grip row?
Does anyone kniw how many calories does this workout burn pls?
Can resistance bands lose leg fat?
Why no shrugs?
The whole workouts are good but the only thing I can comment is not to pressure on your knee cap whenever doing the single arm row. Put it on thigh but not on knee caps. Thanks
😍😍😍😍
last 5 mints kicked my ass
👍👍👍👍👍💪🤠
Dead lifts were so confusing. I got it at the end.
I don't think i was doing the rows right.
Yeah it takes a second to get it down. It's all about keeping the hinge at the hips and not standing all the way up for the rows.
Half way through the 2nd set i finally got it. I see you doing in more fluids so tried. It got better. Ill have to revisit that.

DJ, you should put SQUEEEZZZEEE on a shirt or sticker. I'd definitely buy that.
Squeeeeeeeeeze
They should put that on a shirt!
Didn't love the dead rows. A bit hard to follow and had little resistance in the deadlift portion
Valla tela andalla
Every exercise 60+50 lbs
but facepulls 40+30 lbs
no ConcentrationCurls after TOURNIQUE
