- In this episode I show you my process on windowing my 80cc/60cc motorized bike piston for the new Zeda Dio ported cylinder! The build will include a 21mm OKO carb, triple reed, and f2 thruster exhaust.

You should try to find your first pocket bike the nos pocket bike. It Would be a cool video!

I putting on a ported cylinder and I'm thinking about installing a windowed piston and reed valve since it's already going to be apart but don't know much about them. Should I get a single or double windowed piston?

My "80" cc engine blew a hole in center if piston so I got a brand new one and the Windows are on the intake side its only four stroking any clues on y?

Buy a full kit and then buy seperate parts when you know what u want to replace/upgrade

HP carby, expansion chamber exhaust, larger piston and gasket, smaller sprocket

@@jaguars004 Sorry, maybe my question was not correct. Should I just use a permanent marker pen to draw a window on that piston's surface through the intake hole while the cylinder is in place? What position should the piston be at this moment? Or, maybe larger (more in height) window will be better? The more I search the more forms I see:

Why didn't you window both back and front of the piston ?
cause intake is only on one side so only need to window one side
