Awesome as always coach. I' m thinking of including a tennis ball as a reactive component for the player, what do you think (i teach basketball).
Thanks! Sounds like a great idea. For basketball players I will actually dribble in front of them and make them react to my crossover. If they cant stick and hold, I blow right by them so they get a visual of getting beat. It really helps them know when they are out of position.

Absolutely! Great for lateral explosion on your steal start, lateral first step speed when fielding a ball and single leg balance + explosive force!
I did something similar before to this drill.. Its hard even without the band 😓😓😓
Yes, the band is a progression from lateral bounds or (skater bounds). Great drill to learn how to absorb force that is applied to your movement.
