    Remember, the goal is to improve athleticism and movement. Don't expect to just move back and forth on the court. However, this drill will prepare you to be in a better defensive stance and move like the pros!

    Thanks for these gems! Would it be appropriate to add this into the warmup before sprint work or should it replace the sprints?

      You're welcome! You could certainly use it as a partial warm-up, however it is a lateral change of direction and footwork drill, so I would not substitute it for sprints.
