I agree. I incorporate this training into my boxing training and conditioning. After a month of jump rope and ladder drills , when I went up the ring to spar I noticed the difference in my feet. I moved quicker and faster than my opponent.
I've benefited so much through your channel, Michael. So much. Can't show you enough gratitude mate. Do accept my wishes for yourself to lead a wonderful life. Happy living, mate! ❤️😀
Just been working on footwork and coordination myself!! Brilliant footwork drills, People often under estimate the need to work coordination , its so important for football/soccer players of any age in order to improve performance, however coordination with a ball is also beneficial! Keep up the good work bro!!
Helping a good friend of mine get in shape and train for college football tryouts and these have definitely helped me help him even more. it’s hard to help someone prepare when you know what you’re capable of but not what they’re capable of, so this has def given me a plan of attack
@kibster crazy enough his feet got a lot more coordinated and faster he even lost a decent amount of weight, he had to give up on the football dream though he had disk issues in his back
Excellent video! I've seen a lot of agility ladder exercises, but you showed a few that I've never seen before, and the ones that particularly benefit soccer players like 10 & 11 are very cool. Keep doing what you do
Damn, you make it look so easy but when you try this for the first time the coordination with the hands is insanely challenging. Thanks for posting this.
I don't really know what to say, you are amazing... Your videos are a shipload of motivation, inspiration and clarity to say the least. I watched the previous speed and agility video you made a while ago, and I remember I had to slow it down to understand the sequence you did on the agility ladder, it was the icky shuffle, but I didn't know that's what it's called then, and a few months later I was watching the video again and asked myself why I didn't leave a comment about how much I'll like you to do a video about different foot placement patterns or what not that can be done on a speed ladder, that was last week and boom! you dropped this 2 days ago. You do a really job here man, but I'm certain you already know that. It's the fist time I'm leaving a comment on your videos. Nathan from Nigeria.
Great video! I really appreciate the time you took the break down the techniques of each drill, it definitely helps me learn a lot better. Unlike some videos where they don't put as much effort in. Keep it up!

I really love this video bro. So helpful! Thanks for sharing it with us. There is not doubt you really wanna help. I will practice them as soon as possible . I want to be faster and be able to jump higher
Just wanted to say thanks so much for posting this. The drills are harder than they look and I took about a month to do the first three exercises properly.
Don't forget defenders at a high level can look at you and know where the ball is going to go. So managing to move your feet independently of the arms movements might be important to not get telegraphed movements.
Thanks recovering from foot surgery and I don't have the ability to bend my toes and was hoping this would be of value to me I don't have good balance either but I did enjoy your video. It reminded me of what I used to be able to do.😢
