1. River dance 2. Back on forth (2 feet in ladder) 3. Icky shuffle (Hop out) 4. Single leg shuffle facing forward 5. Single leg- jump forward 2, jump 1 back
@@gokmensoysal1559 idk, I go down and back for each exercise and go through them all like a circuit. I repeat that 10 times and it takes like 30-40 min
I want to work on my foot work not because I’m a athlete but because I feel like my reaction time and speed when it comes to anything is terrible. I want to be powerfully coordinated
If you do ladder drills you will get better at the ladder. It has a very low transfer rate. Do sport/skills specific training and get in the weight room and strength train and do Plyometrics. Make sure your times, loads, repetitions, intensity levels and recovery match the sport/skill you’re training for.
You guys are reacting as if the video is saying “ladder drills are the end all be all”. When combined with sports specific training, cardiovascular, mobility and resistance - ladder drills most certainly assist with development. There are always people in the comments who are going to try to be negative. Keep training everyone!
@Finn Lum They mostly have helped me with body coordination, I feel like I have gained more control over my movements rather than it helping my actual speed and agility.
You're right, training the ladder will get you good at the ladder, but quick feet are quick feet. As a personal trainer I have clients that don't play sports, most of them actually. But they love and are enthusiastic about ladder drills and cone drills.
Does Episoketren System really work? I notice lots of people keep on talking about Episoketren System. But Im not sure if it is good enough to improve your soccer skills.
Yes. But, it's not the quantity of the training its the quality. You must concentrate on every rep and not rush it. Furthermore, believe in yourself and don't lose motivation because it won't happen overnight. Hope this helps :)
He said the first one was filled solsa, lol dude in my time this is called , two out one in cross step. Why do new guys try to rename something we invented? Also the last one, is not a knee tuck, it's single hop over.
For basketball players, I wouldn’t train too much on the workouts that involve crossing your feet like that. Not a good habit to get into when you’re guarding a D1 point guard lmao

This would help but in terms of increasing reaction I’d recommend other drills or use FitLight

Finn Lum But you can do plyometrics that help you make sharp turns and transfer weight also, right?
It helps me with boxing a lot, because the footwork for it covers about the same area

some exercises to improve explosiveness in the 60-yard speed test
Thanks for the agility ladder drills . i will try to work on it.
Thanks bro
Great stuff love it
This is different from the ones we are taught for soccer. These seem more explosive. Is there an advantage over one vs the other? Great video
Because a few of the drills are actually better than the normal agility drills you get. The more explosive the better actually.

Does Episoketren System really work? I notice lots of people keep on talking about Episoketren System. But Im not sure if it is good enough to improve your soccer skills.
I need to work o this I’ve lost my form
Hey is there reps and sets to do with it?
I’d recommend doing 3 reps of each exercise. Go through the circuit 2-3 times
What are the five ladder drill called again? Sorry i don't understand he sayin, he speaks too fast. Reply asap pls this is for school grades. Thanks
Could we get the names of each drill please? 🤗
How many repetitions should I do each?
How many times a week n how many reps per workout ?? Pls let me know
If I were to hammer away at this everyday for say a year do you think that'd be enough to have elite agility
Yes. But, it's not the quantity of the training its the quality. You must concentrate on every rep and not rush it. Furthermore, believe in yourself and don't lose motivation because it won't happen overnight. Hope this helps :)
Recently found your ig, loving the content 🔥
Thanks Isaiah. We have a lot of new content coming to RUclips
No drill more precisely aggravates the difference between rugby and football.
this made me going to be a wr or a rb my couch hasent told me yet
Hi there, I want to know if Episoketren System, will work for me? I notice many people keep on talking about this popular training program.
Is there anyone who get faster by doing this and how long did it take for you to get faster
Exelent!!!
what age should you stop doing these?
Hopefully I won't get injured in working on my injury deduction!😆
You good now?

is there a specific ladder that is best? there's so many different ones online? tia

Can we just deep how long that agility ladder is? 🤣🤣
Ability ladder yeah?
