    Great stuff!!! Looks like I found a good agility station set up as well as a few interesting modifications to keep lateral bound and sticks fresh.

    Pierre - You Rock. My sport is ice hockey, and these drills will translate really well. One question, how often would you suggest this work out be done by young players? I coach age groups 12 - 15 (90 min sessions tend to be long for their attention span) but I would like to implement some of this in their off-ice training. Thanks again! Great video!

      Thanks for the support man! So this session was done once a week as part of the athlete jump academy program but it could be done twice a week as you don’t need a full recovery like the strength work

      This would be done once a week. We get a lot of questions about when to do the workouts but that’s because these videos are from our training programs which come with a PDF and full breakdown of every workout so this workout is just 1 of 3-5 workouts in a week which is all explained in the programs. This specific workout is from the athlete jump academy program if you want to know more

      Yes. Although this is more than you’d need as it’s more suited to change of direction and reacting to the oppositions movements more than a ball
