    As a sprinter in what kind of shoes should you train?

      I like to use cross trainers for weightlifting and auxiliary exercises. For speed, it varies on foot type, age and ability. Asics, Nike and New Balance, among others make decent everyday workout shoes. I would only utilize your spikes on schedule days and for specific runs.
