      @@effectiveworkout6797 5-ish, but I exercise daily. I liked how it was not boring and went by quickly. I had to stop running post radiation/chemo bc of lymphedema in left leg. It is at 0-1 stage and I'd like to keep it there!! Rebounder workout is awesome and I've shared yours with co-workers. :)

    I'm 33 years old and have ADHD. Trying to workout is torture. I've had my rebounder for a year and with my short attention span, I give up on classes minutes in. This was GREAT and so valuable! I've been looking for a short workout to do in the morning to get in some dopamine so my brain is prepared for 10 hours of computer work. THANK YOU!!!

      Thank you for sharing Megan! I'm actually the exact same age and also struggle with ADHD and finding workouts I don't get bored with so love this for the exact same reason. It also really helps with my anxiety and depression. And, jumping is just a blast! It's very validating knowing I'm not alone out here despite what some smart asses on the internet might have to say about it, so again, thank you for sharing your situation in detail☺️

      Don’t blame your ADHD for your lack of discipline, Im your age and also have adhd and I still workout 4-5 times a week, weights and cardio

      @@CJ-vq5tggood for you, but that has nothing to do with anyone else and everyone has different struggles
      if you know anything about adhd you know dopamine is important with willpower, and adhd messes with it and makes everything harder to do because you don’t get much of any dopamine (except stuff you’re really interested in, because it’s stuff that makes you happy and gives you more dopamine)
      don’t think for one more minute that just because YOU did something, everyone else is lazy or has no willpower
      adhd varies and i guess you don’t struggle with it the same way others do (but i’d guess they’re better at some things that you struggle with, but hey, you just don’t have willpower!) 🙄

    Just simple, straight to the point and short. I'm amazed everytime how much I sweat and feel pumped up in just ten mins. This is my fave one which I come back to again and again!

    I do rebounding while my sauna heats up. I started because I fell last fall. I once heard “when you start falling you start dying”. Well not me. Great for balance. I’m fighting the aging process. 58 yo

    These are all great! I appreciate the format a lot: good exercises, no constant stream of talking at me, and the timer and previews are excellent. A 20 minute work out for beginners would be much appreciated too.

    Just started on your workout. It is one of the best rebounder workout. I never sweat so much on a rebounder workout. I love it. I'm on day 2.

    So glad I found your channel! I’m surprised by the intensity of this workout, in 10 minutes! Thank you so much for how thoughtful your workouts are! I’ll keep you posted on my progress. Right now I weigh 168 lbs. I’m really wanting to get rid of belly fat and thigh jiggle. I’m 53 yo female and not interested in boot camp workouts. This really makes me feel I had a great workout and I feel wonderful afterwards. Oh, love the music, too!

      @@LeonaSMane I weigh 158 now. I had actually gotten down to 145 lbs on a rapid weight loss program. I am almost completely vegan but occasional cheese. I follow mostly a whole food plant based diet. The rebounding is part of my daily regime. Only 10 minutes is all that’s needed. His videos are motivating and no talk which I prefer. If you only do two things for exercise make it walking 30 minutes a day and rebounding 10 minutes. Good luck!

    I'm 62 and have worked out for years. Rebounding is new to me and I love it because of this video. The timer and next move preview are awesome! I wanted a quick workout without talking or intros but just jumping right in. Thank you! I look forward to trying your other videos also.

      @@effectiveworkout6797 for me it was a 5-6 out of 10. But I am looking for something that doesn't affect the fatigue I experience and I have only just started rebounding again after many years. I feel like I've had a workout but don't feel exhausted after (this will be good for many that suffer from burnout). After few weeks I will look for other videos that are about 15-20 mins. Personally I like simplicity which is what you do so well.

      @@effectiveworkout6797 thank you for responding! I could rate this one like 3-4 but I’m sure if it was 20-25 minutes I’d probably say 7-8 bc of the longer duration. I ended up doing this workout and the add-on 3 minute one for a total 13 minute workout

    You really kicked my ass! I’ve been doing a 10 min daily that I thought was pretty decent - it was. But now I may need to follow you. I hadn’t noticed timer on top right, ha! Will need to study your moves before next one. Good filming with side mirror too. I’m 78 and skinny fat. Couldn’t wait for 10 min to end, lol.
