I'm right there with you Jill! I'm down 87 lbs myself! Earth and Owl is my favorite rebounding channel and Jill is my girl bcuz I feel more motivated to work when I see larger women rocking it! When I see Jill I simply want to throw down! However, I opted for a tram with metal springs that looks a lot like a Cellercise. That type of tram works better for me than the bungee cord ones. But I really should get a Cellercise though bcuz the jump is a better quality than other spring models.

I'm getting a Maximus Pro that has metal springs and spring loaded legs. I know bungees are supposed so be softer etc., but the one I am getting is super easy to put away and set up, so I figured better to get a rebounder I will use rather than one that stays stored because I don't want to screw legs on and off every day and don't have room for it to just sit out. I'm hoping the bounce is good, we'll find out this wednesday!

Purchased a rebounder for my 65th birthday it was a spring one I really loved it but I found it stiff I should have in investigated more i now have a bungee cord one that arrived yesterday can’t wait to get it set up!!
I just found your channel and I was wondering if you do any weight lifting small or large or are your arms strong and firm from exercising on the trampoline? Looking good!
Greetings! In 3 out of my 4 weekly live classes, I incorporate strength exercises for arms, abs and legs. So yes, some lifting with hand weights and body weight exercises. But my arms are also certainly getting toned in many of my workouts because I incorporate arm movements. If you follow the live schedule, you get a really well rounded program.

Is it normal for my feet to hurt when I first start rebounding?

Wondering , has anyone texted about the prolapse of bladder? Is it still possible if a person has that issue.
Rebounding is typically not advised with prolapse, but you'd want to ask your physician about your specific case.
