I've had my rebounder literally for years but could never find a workout that A) didn't nearly kill me or B) the instructor drove me so crazy with their incessant chatter that I had to turn it off for peace and quiet. I was able to do this workout ( a bit slower in some spots) all the way through and found myself smiling at the end. I think that means my endorphins already kicked in--I feel happy! Your overall timer countdown along with video cues and audio beeps to switch movement are brilliant. Thank you for this workout. I'm looking forward to more of these from you (and to getting in good enough shape to maintain the pace throughout--this feels do-able!)

I know these were all posted a while ago but I just wanted to thank you. I just spent 2 years in and out of the hospital due to an autoimmune disorder during which I dropped from being a healthy 110lbs to 82lbs and getting very weak and losing all my muscle. These workouts are perfectly helping me ease into fitness again and gain muscle and strength without hurting my body. I am so grateful. It's so great to finally move again.
Not enough people understand the vast health benefits of rebounding, the improved cell regeneration is one of my motivations not to mention it’s just more FUN than other cardio routines! THANK YOU! Aloha

I'm recovering from spine neck shoulder and hip and its the first routine where no bones or disks shifted. Thank you. @@effectiveworkout6797 Hi, sorry only just seen your question. I like both. This one with 30 secs and your other workout with randomised with 40 or 20 secs as well. I like that you lower the seconds if they are higher impact / faster exercises. Thanks again.
I bought my first rebounder and your videos have been my go-to so far! I haven’t completed any of your videos yet because my calves are on fire, lol, but I’m working on it! I love that you have a counter and previews for the following moves. Those are really helpful in keeping me motivated until the time runs out and getting me prepared for the next move. Wild that your rebounder has exposed springs! When I crewed at a Tony Robbins event and he said, if you don’t have a rebounder, sell your car and buy one, I bought one and love it. I got the brand they had in the Crew Room for $100 at the time, a 40” (outside diameter) Urban Rebounder with springs. Would be interested in any recommendations as mine has finally worn out the covering over the springs and I don’t have the tool to even replace it as the legs fold.

No talking my favourite! The timer makes it fun. I don’t need to constantly watch the screen. Some of these moves are still hard but I will practice
